Really cozy two-room apartment. Good double elevation bed, with separate mattresses. Small staircase up to the bedroom, which has a low ceiling but is super cosy, good cupboard space. There is underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine in the kitchen and shared tumble dryer in the basement. Good, well-furnished living room with television, large TV package, internet. Super good location close to the centre, marina, cafes and good shopping opportunities etc

Havemøbler samt lille grill med kul i baghaven, hvor annekset ligger, må benyttes.

Nice townhouse close to Aalborg city center, only 7 minutes by bus. There is a bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room a sofa bed, you can easily sleep 2 on. 3 minutes' walk and you are at the most beautiful lake, forest and playground. Many grocery stores nearby, as well as Limfjorden 10 minutes on foot. A few minutes' walk to the swimming pool, soccer fields and paddle courts.
