Our short stay at Fox Cottage was amazing. The property is beautiful, spotless and comfortable. The views are spectacular! Andrew was a great host, very responsive and helpful and we really appreciated the very kind welcome hamper! Loads to do and see and there were even toys for our young son to play with! We loved it so much we’ve booked for next year!

We had. Wonderful stay in the cabin and used the hot tub everyday . The cabin was perfect for the two of us and the view from the cabin was amazing. We visited Chatsworth , Bakewell and Matlock . Guests get 10% off if you visit the bear inn , food was lovely nice choices would recommend . It’s a 4 min drive from cabin or 25 min walk .

We have had the most amazing few days in the Damson pod. It was so clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space is beautiful and the children loved playing freely in the sectioned off field. They loved saying hello to the alpacas every morning, and Sarah invited us to come and feed them too which my daughter was delighted about! Sarah made us feel really welcome, provided discounts for the local area and put a lovely little welcome pack with biscuits and drinks which was so nice! We had the best time and wish we could have stayed longer!

Just finished a lovely couple of days stay with our two teen girls and dogs. Well fitted out and very clean cabin with comfy beds and linen. Great space to relax and unwind with fab restaurants and shops within the Marina. Rob is a great host providing loads of info plus additionally going above and beyond when our car had a fault guiding us to a garage locally who fixed the problem the next day! We’ll be back!

A beautiful cottage, with a charming layout, making the most of the fantastic views. We could have sat watching the views for hours and were only sorry we didn't have more time to enjoy the terrace! It was well appointed and felt very homely. We loved how convenient it was for walking into Matlock Bath (only 5 minutes) with its fish and chip shops, ice cream parlours, amusements and lovely riverside walk and 2 play parks. What a great location for us as a family and it was very handy to be able to leave the car at the house and walk to the cable cars for the Heights of Abraham. We appreciated the milk and tin of chocolate biscuits. One tip for anyone who visits is to park at the top of the house, and not take the car around to the front of the house to save having to reverse up the steep hill as the road at the bottom has now been cordoned off. A great host, very fast responses to our very late notice booking, everything was ready for us within a hour of booking. Super clean and comfortable house with great facilities, perfect for a 3 generation family break. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again. What a lovely little cottage, very clean and tidy and well stocked with everything you need in a home away from home. Little touches like the forget me not box and honesty box with holiday essentials should you forget anything (which we did!) was welcomed. Check in and out couldn’t have been easier and the shortbread biacuits and bottle of fizz was a nice touch Beautiful walks literally on the doorstep and easy access to the Tissington trail make this cottage a great place to stay in the Peaks.

Pamela was very helpful when we I needed to communicating with her. The cottage was beautifully clean and perfect for a long weekend with family. Thank you so much again.

We have had such an amazing stay. The hut is just stunning, very clean and welcoming and the little added touches chocolates ,Prosecco, fresh milk in fridge just made all the difference so thank you. We have had such an amazing relaxing stay so peaceful and private. The hot tub was lovely. Local restaurant walking distance and service and food great. We will definitely be returning soon and have already recommended to friends. If you are after a nice relaxing break then this is it.
