Wie der direkte Blick auf die Marienburg erschließen lässt, ist sie hervorragend für einen Ausflug dorthin geeignet. Aber auch der Bahnhof Norstemmen liegt fußläufig nur ca. 10 Minuten (700m) entfernt. Es bestehen direkte Verbindungen nach Hildesheim, Hannover und auch zum Messegelände in Hannover-Laatzen.

The independent apartment is located in the lower part (raised ground floor) of the house. The newly renovated apartment includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a conservatory with a large dining table. The house can accommodate 6 people and has a large garden to the back, from which the front area can be used by you. Hanover (trade fair) (17 km) and the cathedral city of Hildesheim (15 km) are within easy reach. Shopping& a bakery are within walking distance.

We offer good recreational opportunities and fun for children in a family-friendly atmosphere on active farm. The large garden overlooking Marienburg Castle, the great outdoor swimming pool in Nordstemmen, the state capital of Hanover (16 minutes by train from Nordstemmen) and Hildesheim (UNESCO World Heritage) offer a varied program. The separate apartment with private entrance is freshly renovated and completely finished except for mechanical details.

Many leisure activities nearby, for children the Rastiland, the Wisentgehege. The Harz Mountains, Steinhuder Meer and Weserbergland are quickly and easily accessible. A horse stable right by the house as well as magnificent monastery churches..... In short, a place to dream!

Golden apartment on the estate

Stylish one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from where you can watch the pigs in the open-air while showering. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (including roosters!!!! that means the alarm clock in the morning "rings" a little earlier sometimes), geese, running ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place to grill or a campfire.

The apartment is particularly suitable for course participants due to a spacious living and working area. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers the possibility to cater for yourself.
