We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Dragon Villa Reine. The house had everything we needed, and some extras. The hot tub felt great after a chilly hike. I would definitely stay there again!

Super location and exactly as described. We really enjoyed all the amenities, the surroundings and the wildlife around the house such as various bird species. The house has beautiful and fun old accents and accessories that we really found to be an added value. The hot tub was great and super place. We had two wonderful weeks in this cozy cabin at this very special place: We loved the view from the cabin onto the see, the short walk to the rocks to see the sunset, the kajaking between the tiny islands, the evenings in the outdoor bathtub, the hikes up to bolgtinden, through bolgborra and around the island, the bouldering behind the cabin, the slackline between the trees, the snorkeling in the bay... It is really a perfect place on an amazing island. Furthermore the cabin could not be better equipped and Edle Catharina is a very caring host, who explains everything in great detail. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us!

Our stay at this beautiful hut was the highlight of our Norway trip. The hut is equipped with everything needed for a longer stay and the surrounding area is stunning and peaceful. In our short time, we were able to explore the local trails to the nearby beaches, see a moose directly from the window, catch and cook an arctic cod — all of it in just 2 nights. John-Karstein was very welcoming and has clearly put a lot of passion into building a very authentic and unique staying experience. We wish we could spend a longer time and will certainly be back for longer next time.

Per was an exceptional host! Out of 100 stays, he is by far the best host we have had. Per made sure everything was perfect for the stay. The kids loved the snow on the farm and Per sorted out a sledding hill for them along with all the bits and bobs needed to enjoy the cold weather. He went above and beyond and I am grateful for the hospitality and love that he showed myself, wife, and three kids. Thank you!

We have stayed 8 days in this lovely house. The house is super clean and cozy with the most amazing panoramic view of the water and the mountains. Many different boats and the Hurtigruten sail close by in the Raftsundet. Located in a very quiet place and a good starting point for trips to Lofoten, Vesterålen and Andøy. The last night we saw a flock of porpoises swimming into the sound and the last morning a moose cow walked and grazed below the house. Geir is the most friendly and pleasant landlord there is. Very helpful and quick to respond. Our very best recommendations for Geir and the place.

This house really made us happy! I almost lack the words to describe the beauty of the view. In fact, you could sit all day in the living room and enjoy the magnificent natural spectacle. From the living room we saw sea eagles, snow bunnies and even an Hermitage. Our wish - and the real reason of our trip - to see aurora lights was fulfilled on the first evening, on the second evening we were offered the very large aurora spectacle, what a gift! In the folder provided we found excursion tips, among other things for a fishing trip from Reine. We had an unforgettable day on the TrioII and brought home 8kg of fresh, self-fished cod. The house is very well equipped with plenty of cozy seating in the living room, the kitchen is complete and we particularly liked the wood stove. An extraordinary place!

The host is very responsive. The unit is easy to locate. The place is quite, with 1 car parking slot available. The floor is a bit sticky.

This was such an incredible find - we were looking for a place to recuperate before flying out the next day and this house was perfect. Edna and Bosse were proactive with check-in and even swung by early in the evening to say hi and provide some fun information about the surrounds. The place itself was spacious, kitchen was well equipped and bathroom was clean and tidy. Would 100% stay here again if I was ever in the area!!

Great cosy place, small kitchen but everything you might need :) lovely hikes nearby and fun pool table and ping pong in the shed next to the house.

Excellent stay at Kari's wonderful place! She is very welcoming and responds promptly to messages. The place is perfect for those arriving by plane like we did, easily reached on foot. Highly recommend staying here for your visit to the area--you'll have comfy beds and all the amenities you can possibly need in a quiet neighborhood. We would happily stay here again if we ever have the chance!

A nice and spacious apartment with everything you need, making cooking easy. Beautiful decor, plenty of blankets, and extra points for the fantastic sheets. There was a waterfall in the yard, and it was fun to watch the harbor life from the windows. You could conveniently park your car in the yard. The store was nearby. Thank you Kine!

We loved staying in the adorable cabin! The location was perfect, and we loved the way the whole place was decorated. We all wanted to move in!

We had a great stay at Lisbeth's. The apartment corresponded to the description. Lisbeth was an excellent host, totally sweet and friendly. We were able to check in a little earlier and there was a fruit plate ready for us. Coffee and tea were also available. After a great sea eagle safari, we enjoyed the sun on the terrace and the view. The apartment also offers a sauna, which we also used on the rainy day. The bath in the ice-cold water was an experience. We were able to leave the car in front of the door for the way to Svolvær centre. Everything was within walking distance. Overall, we can only recommend Lisbeth's apartment.

Very nice little appartment in upper floor of garage which is detached from main house. No luxury, everything is there, we cooked for ourselfes using the small kitchenette. Directly on coastline, nice view. Easy travel by car to main attractions on other Lofoten Islands. Recommendable for 2 people for several nights.

If you’re looking for a place to relax with family, this is a perfect fit. The rental is spacious and well appointed. Everything you need for cooking is available as well as a grocery store just a few minutes away by car. Sven is helpful and responsive to questions. The environment is quiet, scenic, and peaceful.

Nusfjord is a beautiful location. We used it as a base to do several hikes around the island. The house itself is easy to find. Anne Lise was quick to respond. Instructions were clear and check in and out easy. Kitchen stands out in completeness, also the bathroom and shower are a definite plus. Would most definitely recommend!!!

It was another great stay at Reidun. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where we could sit in the sun and had a wonderful view of the fjord between the house fronts. The special thing about this apartment is that Reidun makes sure that everything is available in the fridge for dinner and breakfast. She also has good tips for excursions, etc. We were very lucky to be able to accompany her on hikes and thus have an additional insight or panoramic view. We look forward to staying here again next time and highly recommend the apartment.

We had the pleasure of staying 8 days over Easter at Roger's apartment in Ballstad. We have traveled home incredibly happy and satisfied. The apartment is lovely and central with walking distance to everything from shopping to hiking routes to bus stop. Check-in was super easy and no problem. The apartment lived up to the photos. The bed and duvets were great. The bathroom had a great shower and was clean and tidy. The kitchen lacked nothing and the living room invited for coziness. Outside there was a table and bench we had lunch by and enjoyed the view. It was a great luxury that we didn't have to clean the head, just put the towels in the laundry basket. Thank you for that. All in all, we felt incredibly at home, and could have easily taken another week. We would recommend the place and Roger as a host to anyone who would like to visit Ballstad. Roger was a great host who helped us get home as no buses drove from Ballstad. 100% worth a visit and a place we want to come back to.

Beautiful, peaceful and quiet place. It feels like travel in time. Beaches covered in shells and corals, easy scenic hikes in the area. I wish I owned a place like this. Hanne was super helpful. Well equiped kitchen. I hope I will visit this place again in the future.
