Our stay was just wonderful. The house has a stunning view of the sea that we enjoyed daily. The place was spotlessly clean, cozily furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and the proximity to nature made our stay particularly relaxing. The host was extremely helpful and made sure we were completely comfortable. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The accommodation was nice, modern and equipped with everything you need. The communication with Henning was great and very courteous! We were informed and educated about everything. The accommodation is still in the construction area with some construction sites, but that was completely fine. The midnight sun shone directly on our hot tub:) 15 minutes from Henningsvær and the nearest shopping.

We were allowed to spend 8 days in Kathrine's beautiful house. The location, tranquility and view are unique. The whole house is very clean and maintained. You immediately feel comfortable, which is why a rainy day is no problem. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so you can easily cater for yourself. The coffee machine and the Sodastream are particularly worth mentioning here. The beds are very comfortable and the Stressless armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The whirlpool on the terrace with the great view is phenomenal. Kathrine responds to queries within a short time and also proactively passes on information. She informed us about the Artic Run, where we had the opportunity to meet her, which we were very pleased about. We totally enjoyed the days in Kathrine and Glenn's house and hope that we can come back in the winter.

We had two wonderful weeks in this cozy cabin at this very special place: We loved the view from the cabin onto the see, the short walk to the rocks to see the sunset, the kajaking between the tiny islands, the evenings in the outdoor bathtub, the hikes up to bolgtinden, through bolgborra and around the island, the bouldering behind the cabin, the slackline between the trees, the snorkeling in the bay... It is really a perfect place on an amazing island. Furthermore the cabin could not be better equipped and Edle Catharina is a very caring host, who explains everything in great detail. Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us!

Beautiful cabin with everything we needed.

This was our first time in Lofoten. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was absolutely gorgeous. We wish we could have spent more time in the chairs, looking out the windows, but unfortunately had too much to do. We did tons of driving, but it was a great location for us.

Fantastic place!!! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve been to, if not actually The One:) warm welcome, incredible clean cabin (better then in the photos), Malin was so nice, helpful and made as feel like at home. Great distance do Bodø and all great hiking places. Hope to come back one day:)!!

Beautiful location, cosy hut. Everything you need. Schedule on the day of departure that you not only have to clean, but also wash and hang the linens.

We had a lovely stay in this cozy cabin. It's spacious for two people. We enjoyed walking in the area around the AirBnB. The fireplace made us feel right at home. Everything you need is provided and it was very clean and tidy. Would recommend!

We are so grateful to have had such a long stay in this house: the wonderful view to the see and the mountains in the changing light and colours was so beautiful - also the natural surrounding of the house - unforgetable! The house inside is very tastfully furnished - the kitchen perfect. We could feel, that Kundan lived here - sometime ago. we had a great time staying at Melissa's home. The views from the cabin are amazing!! Everything was exactly as described.

Very nice and elegant place, with original walls from the really old days. The sauna was also absolutely fantastic.

This was one of the nicest places we've ever been to. We loved the view of the sea, we could watch oystercatchers, seagulls, eagles and otters from the sofa. We have seen moose and reindeer in the immediate vicinity. It was great! The accommodation is very thoughtful with a lot of attention to detail. We will be back at any time.

Very nice and helpful hosts. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. There is a lovely sauna we were allowed to use as well. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We can’t say enough positive things about this rorbu in Nusfjord. It is a wonderful cabin right on the water with spectacular views. It is very quiet and comfortable. We will definitely try to stay there again if we get back to Nusfjord. Cecilie was an excellent host who made the process seamless.

We were very lucky - we enjoyed mountain hikes in beautiful May weather and this fisherman’s cabin which was such a lovely surprise! It was as it is described and much more. It was very spacious, right on the water, had incredible views and everything we needed. The location was also very convenient - close to everything but a bit away so very romantic. Fantastic stay with stunning surroundings – highly recommended! This is a great place to stay if you’re visiting Lofoten and want to be in the heart of it all. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and central. Everything was pristine and in perfect condition—no issues at all. My only suggestion would be regarding the curtains: currently there are three separate panels with four gaps that let in light. During the midnight sun, this allows sunlight to enter the room at night. Adding Velcro to secure them or switching to one or two blackout panels would help. I personally prefer a pitch-dark room for sleeping. Aside from that, everything was excellent—wonderful host, beautiful accommodation, and an overall fantastic experience. I’ll definitely return.

We had five wonderful days in Vilde's cabin. The location and the view are incredible, and the home is even nicer than it appears in the pictures. Wild is easy to communicate with, and was available if there should be anything. The cabin is rural, with the beach just below and both Henningsvær and Svolvær just a quick drive away. Thank you!

This is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve ever stayed. The location is so calm, and the views onto the lake never got old. We were here in May and loved watching the light change around the lake and mountains in the distance late into the night. It’s stunning - and such a relaxing place to stay with our family. The house has everything you could need and Tanja is a perfect host. It’s also an excellent position to explore the south, and worth the extra bit of driving for such a peaceful place to stay. I hope we get the chance to come back to the Lofoten Islands, and if we do we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My fiance and I spent the most incredible week in Lofoten at Telma’s cabin during the polar night! Grunnforfjord is absolutely spectacular in the winter season and we completely fell in love with the scenery, the wildlife and the northern lights displays which we had on pretty much every evening of our stay. The cabin has everything you could need and the wood burner kept us warm throughout. The separate annexe has some of the best views you could wake up to and we even had an otter walk past the window. We will certainly be coming back to Lofoten in the spring/summer months and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the best we have experienced so far!

this place was just wow....panoramic view of the eidsfjord, spotless and cosy interior (the photos do not do it justice) and lots of thoughtful touches around the cabin. We loved fishing in the fjord in the evening. Great stay!
