Holiday rentals with beach access in Nordland

Excellent house and host family, great nature and fine village, we enjoyed watching the different kind of birds.

Very friendly and accommodating host couple. We spent four wonderful weeks in this very beautiful accommodation. The service was perfect. The hostess even took us on her dog walks. Not only were we thrilled, but our dog Buddy also felt at home from the start and picked up his treats day after day. The personal excursion tips were also particularly valuable. We have been lucky to have traveled to a number of Airbnbs around the world; this one is outstanding. The view is stunning, the space is ample and lovely, hosts are gracious, couches and beds comfortable. We loved hiking and exploring the area, and also resting and recuperating in this amazing apartment. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing place and very nice and accommodating host. The accommodation has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Quiet location and the centre is within walking distance in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Anne Lise is a wonderful, responsive and available host. They helped us with all the information we needed. Nusfjord is a paradise on earth. I couldn't recommend staying in Nusfjord and at Anne Lise's accommodation any more. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we felt at home. The fact that there is a private parking space at the door is incredible. The local population in Nusfjord is very friendly and helpful. The bakery/bakeri is wonderful, the best in Lofoten. A delight! We were also lucky enough to be visited by a friendly couple of rabbits, who happily hopped through the forest behind the house. Everything is wonderful there! I totally recommend it. We had an excellent stay at Glenn’s place near Leknes in Sennesvik. This was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The unit was thoughtfully designed—everything from the pristine kitchen to the modern bathroom and simple, tidy bedrooms made it easy to stay organized, especially while traveling with an infant. The location was perfect for accessing all our hiking destinations across the Lofoten Islands during our three-night stay. The peaceful, serene view was a bonus we truly appreciated. Glenn was responsive and clear with instructions throughout, which made check-in and communication smooth. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay! Originally, we were accommodated in the small studio, but when the landlord's brother saw that we were traveling with a child (14 months), he kindly offered to move us to a larger accommodation. This hospitality totally surprised and touched us – simply great! We were also allowed to use the large washing machine and dryer when he noticed our laundry mountain - that was incredibly helpful on a longer trip with a child. The accommodation was very clean, the sauna is free to use, and washing also costs nothing – a real plus! The location is fantastic - with views of the mountains, the sea and even a beach nearby. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the stay. Thank you for everything!

The space was very clean and very spacious! Very good location close to the airport, very quiet place! Good communication, independent check-in with very good directions! I recommend it!

The house is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the ocean & surrounding mountains, but with winter conditions a good car is definitely recommend. It’s cozy & the bedroom with the fireplace and chairs overlooking the area is stunning. Things to improve: Include timber (the owner was so kind & brought us some because we didn’t know we have to bring our own), maybe lower the price a little bit, the check in & checkout times & also making the beds ourselves we hoped it would be included in the amount of money we paid. But that’s only our opinion and we would definitely come back because we felt very comfortable in the house! Good distance to beaches, a nice coastal walk & also Leknes :)

Stein-Ove and Marita are the best possible hosts, as they do their ultimate best to make sure that their guests have a phenomenal experience, in their fabulous house, in the unique environment of Lofoten. What stands out the most, from my view, is that the guests get the real experience of real life in such remote area of the world. This was my and my wife's intention, totally fulfilled beyond expectations, and we will never forget what we saw and how we felt. The house is situated in a magnificent location, between splendid mountains and coastline, and still easily accessible via a road where there is very little traffic, which ensure total peace. We felt what it means to have a family life in Lofoten, basically the experience cannot be more authentic, truly. Needless to say, the house was spotlessly clean and had all facilities to feel at home, e.g. we could use the kitchen to have a peaceful dinner overlooking the ocean. In brief, if you want the real experience, do book this house!

Elin's house was very cozy and very clean, I totally recommend it, Hans greeted us with these words "Welcome to paradise", and the truth is that it was, a very quiet and cozy place, the house has a dock and we had a Kayak to use, thanks to Hans for the fish he gave us, it was very tasty.

We had a lovely stay at Beatte & Håvard's cabin. They made us feel right at home including special touches like having a few toys for our 6 year old. The location was magical and our only regret is that we only booked for 4 nights instead of longer. Everything is set up to be cozy and peaceful. They had great recommendations for local hikes and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Definitely recommend!

The stay was really very nice, unfortunately only a little too short, as we only used the accommodation as a stopover. We would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere right on the water even more. The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and extremely cozy – you immediately feel comfortable. Would love to come again anytime.

We stayed for 11 nights and it felt like home. We settled in quickly and had what we needed. Washer and dryer. Outdoor furniture. Comfortable beds and couch. Spacious place. Main bathroom is large for European homes. So happy we found this place for our time in Bodo!

The accommodation is located outside of Svolvær. But it can be reached by car within a few minutes. The location is quiet and is adjacent to a forest and lake. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel very comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Peder and his cat. He took the time to show and explain everything to us. The apartment also has a terrace, incl. Grill. Top, we would definitely book this apartment again.

Practical and cosy stay in Henningsvær! Easy to find and self-check-in to. Compact yet well-designed apartment in a peaceful private area. The place was modern, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay driving around in Lofoten (parking right outside, kitchen with dish washer and bathroom with laundry machine were especially appreciated). Would stay again and recommend to everyone. The host was also very kind, helpful and fast to respond when we booked at short notice. Thanks!

Very good accommodation and perfect starting point for going around in Lofoten. Very nice & helpful hosts, easy to get there & a fresh studio with everything you need.

I stayed in the apartment in the house for four nights. It was worth every penny. Very clean and cozy. Erlend always responded quickly to queries and was very straightforward. There is a mobile, wood-fired sauna by the fjord, which you can rent for a small fee. I highly recommend it. Sea eagles and seals right in front of the window.
