Our 100 sqm apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking meadows and nature. The forest can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Steinheim, 3 km away. The Hermannsdenkmal is about 20 minutes away. Driving time, the Externsteine can be reached in about 15 minutes. Picturesque city centres, such as Paderborn, Schwalenberg, Detmold, Höxter and Hameln, are easy to reach by car. Many cycling and hiking trails invite you to discover the surroundings.

Natalia's apartment

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in Lippe district. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderdich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There is plenty of shopping for the day only 3 km away. Needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.), restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. It is recommended to visit the Externsteinen (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km) .

Cozy attic apartment in the Teutoburg Forest

Country idyll on the manor estate

The renovated apartment is located on a secluded manor between fields, meadows, forest and ponds. It has its own entrance and offers 70 sqm of living space, which is divided into two rooms with a separate kitchen and a shower room with separate toilet. The 2nd double bed is located in the kitchen-living room. Thus, parents can sit undisturbed in the living room in the evening. Living room offers a fireplace (including wood). The water is supplied using its own well.

Vacation home "Landhaus"

The spacious "country house" is located on an idyllic and somewhat hidden property in the countryside. It offers plenty of space for 6-7 people on its 120 square meters of living space. Large windows let plenty of light and air into the open-plan living and dining area, which is directly connected to a spacious terrace including a garden. Upstairs is a large bathroom with a hot tub and a spacious bedroom as well as another sleeping area on the open gallery.

Kuhlmann's farm with natural swimming pond

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

Old mill

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the time in our "Old Mill," where in the 19th our wheat was still ground in the 19th century. In 2019, we converted the premises into a cozy, small apartment and are now looking forward to welcoming guests to our farm who want to treat themselves to a break in nature - with walks and bike tours right next to us in the adjacent forest. Or how about just letting your soul dangle by the pond?

Quiet apartment with forest views

The apartment is quiet and close to nature in the Fissenknick district, overlooking the Leistruper Wald. In the immediate vicinity are the Externsteine, the Hermannsdenkmal and the open-air museum – the perfect excursion destinations! A windmill converted into a restaurant is located just a few meters from the apartment, and Café Berghof Stork is also within walking distance. The spa town of Horn- Bad Meinberg is 2 km away.

Vacation home 2 "Thusnelda," Schmales Feld

In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.

My Mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Small empire near the city - Studio Apartment

Large guest room (studio) with private bathroom and small kitchenette in an absolutely central location in Detmold. It's about a ten-minute walk to the train station, only two minutes to the nearest bus stop and just a five-minute walk to the city centre. The Hochschule für Musik is about 15 minutes' walk away and the theatre is just around the corner (650 m).
