Our apartment "Friesenbude" has been newly renovated and furnished. It has been furnished in the maritime living style and is inviting for relaxation with the North Sea flair. Not only the maritime style but also the garden, the quiet location and last but not least the beach proximity to the ground floor apartment make vacation feelings come up. The beach of Neßmersiel is within walking distance, by bike, or car, in about 1900m. The property offers a wallbox for electric cars.

In this newly renovated approx. 46 sqm first floor apartment with large terrace you can have a relaxing vacation on the North Sea coast near the beach (approx. 250 m away). The apartment is equipped for 2 people and has one bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchenette is integrated into the living room. A flat screen is of course part of the basic equipment. A private parking space is right by the house.

With a lot of heart, we have set up this studio in the Ostdorf (3rd floor) on Baltrum. It consists of a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a hallway with dining area and a living/bedroom. There is a steep staircase to the pointed floor which can be used as a storage room for suitcases etc. An older child could also sleep there, although it is not an official living space. The apartment is 45 sqm and has a balcony overlooking the harbor

You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

Welcome in our house by the sea! A cute townhouse in a quiet settlement not far from the dyke and Wadden Sea. It is bright and cozy. It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.

3*** DTV classification. The light-flooded 2 room apartment Möwennest by DeJu in Norderney is about 40 square meters and is located directly on the west beach. It is characterized by a very central location. It is 200 m to the beach or the spa square with the adjacent bathhouse. Up to 4 people are suitable and bookable (please note). The apartment was completely renovated in early 2024.

Our two-room apartment offers you the perfect combination of location and relaxation on the beautiful North Sea island of Juist. Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Our holiday apartment is located on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is in the immediate vicinity of the Nordstrand. The center of Norderney with the conversation house, the theater, various restaurants and shopping is within walking distance. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
