Just a perfect place to stay in Are. Very quiet place where you can rest well. View on the mountain is fantastic. The living room is spacious and feel comfy. I really recommend Stefan’s place!

Hadde et herlig opphold i hjemmet til Ove Andreas. Romslig leilighet med god standard og et pent interiør. Tilrettelagt for at man skulle føle seg som hjemme. Raske svar og meget vennlig vert, anbefales sterkt!

Very beautiful and cozy apartment located in a modern residential area, about a 10-minute drive from Trondheim, surrounded by greenery. The location is perfect for those who want to combine sightseeing with nature. There’s a lovely hiking area within walking distance, including a scenic lookout tower with an amazing view over all of Trondheim – definitely a highlight! The car can be parked easily and safely in the underground garage, and there’s also a small outdoor seating area. The neighborhood has several playgrounds, making it a great spot for families as well. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and offered lots of useful tips for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

Parken ist etwas schwieriger aber es gibt in den Seitenstraßen auch die Möglichkeit das Auto kostenfrei über Nacht stehen zu lassen, zum ausladen kann man gegenüber kurz halten. Ansonsten schöne Wohnung und für allein oder zu zweit ideal - Bus und Zug in die Stadt fussläufig gut zu erreichen

We were 11 people staying at this place (two families with teenage children). The place was perfect for us with plenty of space. We’ll equipped kitchen with everything you need. Comfy beds and large livingroom and bathroom. The house was clean, quiet and very easy to access. Good parking.

Vi hadde et supert opphold, i et flott hus. Fredelig plass med godt med husrom. Anbefales absolutt!

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!

Eine sehr geschmackvolle, äußerst gepflegte Wohnung in schöner Umgebung mit Meerblick. Beste Ausstattung und sehr viel Platz. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Huoneisto oli kauniisti sisustettu ja sijainti oli rauhallinen. Huonekohtainen lämpötilan säätö mahdollisti itselle sopivan sisälämpötilan määrittelyn. Huoneistosta löytyi myös hyvin säilytystilaa, jolloin lasketteluvälineiden ja -vaatteiden säilyttäminen oli helppoa. Ainoa mitä jäimme kaipaamaan olivat olohuoneen ja keittiön ikkunoiden sälekaihtimet tai rullaverhot, jolloin aurinkoisena päivänä huoneiston varjostaminen olisi ollut mahdollista.

Tone var en super host som ga mye god informasjon og når vi lurte på noe så svarte hun omtrent umiddelbart! Leiligheten var levde virkelig opp til bildene og vi hadde et meget fint oppholdt!😄

Ei lita, men komfortabel studioleilighet, i gangavstand til alpinbakken i Tegefjell. Veldig rent. Prisgunstig. Veldig hyggelig vert. Vi hadde en super vinterferie-uke!

Verten var svært lett å få kontakt med. Vi var 4 personer i 70 åra som bare skulle overnatte. Så videre nordover. Helt topp leilighet 👍🏼🏞️ 4 pensjonister fra Telemark

Leiligheten var moderne og innbydende med utsikt til bakhagen. Leiligheten hadde en flott beliggenhet, som gjorde det enkelt å utforske området. En liten ulempe var at nøklene måtte hentes på Trondheim S, noe som var litt styrete. Kommunikasjonen med utleier var ryddig og tydelig. Ved utsjekk ble det gitt beskjed om at sengetøyet skulle tas av, og da oppdaget jeg at hodeputen var utrolig skitten. Ekkel oppdagelse etter å ha sovet på den hele natten. Alt i alt var oppholdet bra, men det er noen små forbedringer som kan gjøres.

Мы путешествовали из Финляндии в Норвегию и так получилось, что нам пришлось искать жилье на одну ночь. Давид любезно согласился предоставить нам свой дом. Дом - шикарен, во-первых его легко найти, он граничит с лесом и из гостиной на втором этаже - прекрасный вид на лес. Мы заехали вечером, но когда я проснулся утром, когда все ещё спали, и заварил чашку кофе , я наслаждался этим видом В доме есть абсолютно все для комфорта, разные мелочи для готовки, кухонные приборы, настрольные игры, камин, сауна. Планировка дома, на мой взгляд, продумана и удобна. Дом новый, выгляди очень свежо и радует глаз. Дети решили спать на нише под потолком - приватное и уютное место для них. Само место расположения - популярный лыжный курорт города Åre. Мы ночевали летом, но я предполагаю, что зимой здесь ещё больше возможностей для времяпровождения. Спасибо хозяевам дома. Мои дети и супруга остались очень довольны.

Utrolig fin leilighet med god beliggenhet. Vi kom tidligere enn avtalt, men det gikk helt fint å sjekke inn før tida. mulig det var derfor renholdspersonellet fikk det travelt. Uansett var Inge en fenomenal vert som svarte fort, og hadde gode svar på alt vi spurte om. Jeg vil absolutt anbefale han som vert!
