Playgrounds within walking distance. The apartment gets sun from morning to evening on 2 separate large balconies that are well furnished. 3 bedrooms with 1x150, 1x150 and 1x180 beds respectively. The apartment is spacious for up to 4 people, but there is enough space for 6. We think you'll enjoy the apartment, whether it's for work or leisure.

Stor fjällstuga i autentisk jämtländsk fjällmiljö. Ski In/ Ski out i Gräftåvallens skidsystem samt ca 15 minuter till skidsystem i Bydalen och strax över timmen till Åre. I Gräftåvallen huserar Sveriges största skidklubb och i direkt anslutning till stugan finns 45 km preparerade skidspår. I stugan finns allt som behövs för skid- och fjällsemester med stora sällskapsytor, kamin och bastu. Sommartid är det bara att gå direkt upp på fjället och vandra. Du har nära till bad och fisk möjligheter.

We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
