We are very satisfied. Clean, tidy and plenty of room for us. Nice view, 5 min. by car to the city center.

Very beautiful and cozy apartment located in a modern residential area, about a 10-minute drive from Trondheim, surrounded by greenery. The location is perfect for those who want to combine sightseeing with nature. There’s a lovely hiking area within walking distance, including a scenic lookout tower with an amazing view over all of Trondheim – definitely a highlight! The car can be parked easily and safely in the underground garage, and there’s also a small outdoor seating area. The neighborhood has several playgrounds, making it a great spot for families as well. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and offered lots of useful tips for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

Where do I start? This place has a special charm that is shaped by the history and age of the accommodation. Nevertheless, it offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay from a well-equipped kitchen to efficient heating. Although the heaters are electric, they keep the rooms warm and cozy. The place is incredibly spacious, and the location is perfect for walks or skiing right outside the door. In addition, the host is exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but due to a misunderstanding we had to leave earlier than planned. We definitely hope to come back. As I mentioned at the beginning, it's an old place – but that's exactly what gives it a unique, almost magical atmosphere.

2nd stay here and felt so at home. Perfect compact accomodation with everything you need for a stay in town. Walking distance to all the sightseeing and other amenities. I’m looking forward to staying here again!

Parking is a bit more difficult, but there is also the possibility of leaving the car overnight for free in the side streets, you can stop briefly opposite to unload. Otherwise, nice apartment and ideal for one or two people - bus and train to the city within walking distance

We were 11 people staying at this place (two families with teenage children). The place was perfect for us with plenty of space. We’ll equipped kitchen with everything you need. Comfy beds and large livingroom and bathroom. The house was clean, quiet and very easy to access. Good parking.

This is an amazing place where you really find the silence and connect with nature. The house has a fantastic location with an incredibly great view that can be enjoyed for hours 😊 Linda responds quickly and provides all the necessary info on an ongoing basis. Super host and super communication. The house is well equipped and modern with associated good beds. This is a place where you really can currency for your money! Would love to come again and use this as a base for the next Smøla stay 😃

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful cabin. It is in the middle of the wood Bymarka (verbatim “Tømmerdalen”) but the drive to Trondheim is only 10 minutes through the woods (lighted at night) and another 5 through the outskirts down the hill (over 20 speedbumps). You can walk 10 mins to Kobberdammen lake and another 30 minutes around it, or further 30 minutes down to Lavollen for a cup of coffee. The core nature reserve starts almost next to the house, inviting for more hikes. From the living room and the kitchen you have a beautiful view over the yard and into the woods. A small brook flow through the yard, there are many birds, and we saw several deer pass by. There is a fence, but it is not the strongest and because of the wildlife you should always keep your dog on leash. Couch, bath, kitchen, bedding everything is clean, modern but scandinavic comfortable. We had a wonderful time and will always want to come back!

A very tasteful, extremely well-kept apartment in beautiful surroundings with sea views. The best equipment and plenty of space. Very recommended.

The apartment was perfect, beautiful, spacious and clean. Just like in the photos, it has a beautiful garden where we saw the deer pass. The host was very helpful and kind and made us find the house warm with the fireplace on

Tone was a super host who gave a lot of good information and when we wondered about something, she answered almost immediately! The apartment really lived up to the pictures and we had a very nice stay!😄

The apartment was modern and inviting with a view of the backyard. The apartment had a great location, which made it easy to explore the area. A small disadvantage was that the keys had to be picked up at Trondheim S, which was a bit of a hassle. Communication with the landlord was neat and clear. At check-out, I was told to remove the bed linen, and then I discovered that the pillow was incredibly dirty. Disgusting discovery after sleeping on it all night. Overall, the stay was good, but there are some small improvements that can be made.

It was a great pleasure to arrive at a tidy, inviting and well-organized apartment after a long day and flight from Sandnes to Trondheim. Marte welcomed us with warmth and hospitality, which made the arrival extra pleasant. The bed was made, towels easily accessible, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. A big plus was the opportunity to charge the electric car – very convenient! We really appreciate the good experience and would like to thank Marte for a great stay. We are already looking forward to the next time, and can highly recommend this place.

This booking is my favourite so far in Norway. The space has everything catered for and is an excellent place to stay on your travels. I am only sad that I had only one night here. Would love to come back sometime.
