Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

This beautiful, renovated and restyled summer cottage with a hotel chic atmosphere is located right behind the boulevard of Katwijk aan Zee and in the middle of the always cozy city center. Walk to the beach in 1 minute! Around the corner, there are plenty of delicious and cozy restaurants. The center of Katwijk also offers lots of nice boutiques where you can shop to your heart's content! The cottage has been completely renovated and is ready to welcome the first guests! We are more than pleased to welcome you!

Sunset Beachhouse Olive Noordwijk

Enjoy our cozy family bungalow of 35m2 with very spacious "fenced" garden located on the edge of the forest and the dunes with the sea 900 m away. Ideally suited for families (with children), couples and a maximum of 2 dogs. If you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle, you can relax and enjoy yourself here. Boulevard, restaurants and shops can be found about 4 km away from the Bungalow. The Bungalow is located on a quiet family park, so it is not suitable for parties and youth groups.

Cozy and modern summer house located within walking distance of the dunes, the beach and the boulevard. Spacious public parking nearby. The cottage has a nice living room with open kitchen, small but complete bathroom and bedroom with double bed and closet space on the ground floor. Small covered patio with seating, adjacent to the courtyard of a small hotel. Floor accessible via a staircase, where there is storage space for suitcases and possibly groceries. Free WiFi and cable television.

Sea view Apartment! @Noordwijk Beach

Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Enjoy the most beautiful district of Noordwijk: De Zuid! Walk from The Beach House, located in the dunes, to the beach in a few minutes. Delicious lunch or dinner at the tastiest beach clubs. Unwind completely in this nice basement for two people in this super dune villa very close to the sea. The basement is located under the main house. Noordwijk, the healthiest and most vital place in NL! The dunes, bulb fields, supping, kite flying, running and shopping in The Hague.

Detached CU bungalow is located in the heart of the tulip region on the Oosterduin recreational lake and near the beach & dunes. Bungalow is nicely furnished and is surrounded by a sunny open garden. Because the bungalow is located on the Sollasi recreation park, there are plenty of facilities available (playgrounds, bicycle rental, etc.). A holiday for walking, cycling, city trips, golf, tennis, swimming, shopping, good food or just relaxing, everything is possible!

Our cozy chalet is located right next to one of the most beautiful nature reserves of South Holland: Lentevreugd, which is only a few minutes away from the beach. In front of your door you will find grazing Highland cattles and Konik horses. The chalet lies behind our Tulip farm and it can accommodate a maximum of 3/4 people. Peace, freedom and every night a beautiful sunset. Due to the enclosed garden, the chalet is also ideal for young families

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.
