Perfect stay! Giovanni was very kind and available. The place was perfect, cared for, clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal for visiting the beautiful area of the lakes and for going to the nearby Val d 'Aosta with a view to Monte Rosa. Our party of 11 so enjoyed our stay at the castle! The pictures are extremely accurate, but nothing compared to seeing it in person for the first time. It was stocked with everything we needed, especially everyday things for cooking, towels, blankets, etc. The walk up/down can be tough, but after the first couple of days we adjusted fairly well. All very worth it for such a unique experience and stay!! We also loved exploring the town of Settimo Vittone and the surrounding area. Karl was an excellent host and communicator, as well as Moreno and his wife. :)

Thanks to Marco who made sure we arrived safely despite the late hour. It was reassuring for us who don't travel a lot and aren't used to AirBNB. Marco told us about some nearby restaurants. The apartment was very clean and safe. There is no private parking space in the room but Marco told us about a car park less than 100m away. Possibility to easily drop off luggage in front of the house before going to park.
