New apartment in scenic surroundings

Welcome to our newly-built apartment in Björlanda Kile - just 350 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from central Gothenburg! Here you live close to both forest, salt rock pools and a good selection of outdoor activities (beach volleyball, bike park & kayak rental). Perfect if you need a "get away" from the city! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

Charming guest house with fireplace, Torslanda

In the middle of a residential area in Torslanda, our charming farm from the late 1800s is preserved. We rent out the old brewery, which is completely renovated. The house has all the comforts and access to the garden. It is close to the swimming area and public transport. The bus stop is a stone's throw from the house and it takes just under half an hour by direct bus to the central station. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In the living room, there is also a double bed.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Koppla av med hela familjen eller vännerna i detta fridfulla gästhus som ligger på vår gård. Nära till naturen med vilda djur runt husknuten. Nära till hav, sjö och shopping. Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

Semesterboende i en lantlig avkopplande miljö nära skog och härliga promenadstigar. Med en promenad eller cykeltur tar man sig enkelt ner till hav och salta bad. I närheten finns även Björlanda Kiles småbåtshamn med restaurang, padel och minigolfbanor. Med 10 min promenad tar ni er till busshållplatsen som tar er in till Centrala Göteborg. Huset är beläget i ett villaområde med nära grannar så det får inte förekomma fester eller tillställningar. Under juli månad ej kortare än 5 nätter.

Only nature and water around the corner. Perfect for those who want a calm and nice place to be at during spring, summer or autum. Its 21 km till Gothenburg and 25 km to Martstrand (beuatiful summer island).
