Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our newly-built apartment in Björlanda Kile - just 350 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from central Gothenburg! Here you live close to both forest, salt rock pools and a good selection of outdoor activities (beach volleyball, bike park & kayak rental). Perfect if you need a "get away" from the city! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

Strax utanför central Göteborg, i Torslanda finns denna ateljé våning omgjord till lägenhet på ca 70 kvm. Fri parkering vid huset. Granne med hästhagen. (allergiker bor på egen risk). Semesterboende i en lantlig avkopplande miljö nära skog och härliga promenadstigar. Med en promenad eller cykeltur tar man sig enkelt ner till hav och salta bad. I närheten finns även Björlanda Kiles småbåtshamn med restaurang, padel och minigolfbanor. Med 10 min promenad tar ni er till busshållplatsen som tar er in till Centrala Göteborg. Huset är beläget i ett villaområde med nära grannar så det får inte förekomma fester eller tillställningar. Under juli månad ej kortare än 5 nätter.

Small bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. Bed 105 cm and a sofa bed. Wi-Fi and 1 parking space available. Close to public transport, however, your own car is recommended. About 2 km to the sea and a small grocery store.

Its 21 km till Gothenburg and 25 km to Martstrand (beuatiful summer island).

Our place is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to nature and the sea, with Lillebybadet just 5 km away. You reach the center of Gothenburg by bus, which runs approximately every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night, and takes about 30 minutes.
