Gode di una vista unica che spazia dal Monte Subasio ad Assisi e dalla valle di Foligno a Spoleto. Raggiungibile in macchina,dista 200m dai parcheggi.

Splendida villa con piscina e giardino privati, incastonata in un paesaggio mozzafiato, a soli 5 minuti dal centro di Assisi e a pochi metri dal sito FAI "Il Bosco di San Francesco". La villa, disposta su tre piani, è finemente arredata con mobili, tappeti e quadri attentamente ricercati. Dispone di 4 camere da letto matrimoniali al primo piano e di un divano letto , per un totale di 10 posti letto. Sui vari piani sono inoltre presenti 5 bagni. La piscina è a un livello inferiore del giardino.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.
