Cottage holiday rentals in Nobel

This is a beautiful place to stay, right on the lake with an amazing view, and a friendly beaver right next door! Our highlights were the hot tub, the fire pit and kayaking on the lake. This spot would be amazing in the Summer. The house is clean and well set up, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are small but just fine for sleeping. There is plenty of room in the rest of the house.

I could not recommend this cottage more, and I will definitely be back. It was very easy to locate and there is plenty of parking on the driveway. Inside the cottage, we found an extremely well stocked kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Outside of the cottage, we spent most of the time on the beautiful, new dock overlooking Sparrow Lake. There were plenty of water sport toys available for us to use, the water was shallow and perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed seeing all of the float planes coming and going to the lake. In the evening, we spent time on the upper back deck overlooking the lake, where there was the bbq and hot tub. We felt right at home and cozy; I just wish I could have stayed longer! I brought along my dog who was very pleased to find cookies and a toy provided by the host. Thank you so much for hosting us and we plan to return next year! :)

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Muskoka cabin. Great views of the lake and was really fun to go out on the canoe and kayaks. The cabin was cozy and nice with a great kitchen and awsome living room for hanging out and relaxing. Host was extremely responsive and nice. She provided helpful clear instructions and information. Would love to go back.

Jennifer's place was a perfect gathering point for our birthday family reunion. The accommodation was spotless, bright and warm and even had a little pack and play set up for the baby to have a nap. The grounds were stunning as was the view. Our only regret is that the weather did not cooperate so water activity was limited to a polar dip followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A beautiful retreat that our family thinks should be an annual event.

We had a group weekend getaway and loved our stay! The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The host Ashley was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a beautiful escape to recharge!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in the woods! It was clean, spacious, and incredibly peaceful — the perfect nature escape. The hot tub was amazing, and the game room was such a fun bonus. We also loved how cozy and comfortable the beds were, and the living room and big kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy meals together. Just a heads-up: there are quite a few mosquitos, so be sure to bring some bug spray. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet getaway surrounded by nature!

We stayed at this cottage over the long weekend and had an amazing time. The place was cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The backyard was spacious and peaceful, ideal for lounging or enjoying a BBQ. The owners were incredibly helpful, respectful, and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I stayed here for a winter weekend away and it was just what we needed/wanted in a little cottage. Great location for those coming from the GTA and nice and close for those in Simcoe. Once we got there we felt right at home! The hosts had cleared the walking paths and back deck of any recent snow fall which made it nice and easy to get inside and enjoy the grounds. They went above and beyond by having the wood burning stove going for us when we checked in which made CARL that much more cozy and welcoming. Communication and instructions were very clear and detailed from start to finish which made the whole rental process easy and enjoyable. My friends and I look forward to coming back to CARL in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The space was exactly as described. Bryan was incredibly responsive, making check-in smooth and the stay hassle-free. The cottage is by the lake with perfect views from the patio. We especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, the wine bottle, and a well stocked kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

I was so happy to find Carol’s lovely, cozy, homey cottage. It has a warm, welcoming feeling the moment you step through the door. I think it’s all the beautiful hand hewn wood and stone features that give the cottage its immediate warmth. It has everything you need for a great stay. And I love being able to throw open all the windows and feel the fresh air. One of my favourite birds is the chickadee, and it’s delightful to sit and watch them come to the window feeder. Your idea of adding a hummingbird feeder is lovely. I really appreciated that Carol made sure to explain that this is not a high end, fancy place … but a quiet, serene, comfortable haven. I will definitely contemplate another visit to this welcoming little cottage that is so easy to call home for a quiet retreat. Without meeting Carol personally, I have the sense that she is a lovely, warm, caring person, who is attentive and committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable space for a quiet get away. I needed a quiet getaway from the construction at my home. This cottage on 100 acres was perfect. It was so peaceful and comfortable. The wood burning sauna was amazing and Adam provided kindling and firewood. I saw deer most mornings. The property is close to Burks Falls with everything you need to get settled in for the week.

This cottage was perfect for our golf trip. Seguin Valleys golf course was just 25 minutes away and the cottage had a nice back deck and dock to hang out on after our games.

Walker’s Haven is an absolute stunner!!! We came up for a girls weekend and fell in love with it instantly. The interior is gorgeous, just like the photos show, and so cozy while being spacious at the same time. But our favourite feature was the outdoor space The location of the fire pit with its string lights, the second deck by the water, the spacious dock… the whole layout is perfect. The lake is gorgeous, clear and just so peaceful. Also great for fishing! We had a great time, despite not having the best weather, and we hope to come back again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us!

I had a great stay at Vanessa's cottage! She was very communicative throughout the process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and wonderfully private. I especially loved the access to the water, with kayaks and a float available to enjoy. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing girls weekend at this cozy cottage! The space was perfect – just the right amount of room for our group to relax, play games, and enjoy some quality time together. It was colder than expected, but the cottage was warm and inviting, making it the perfect escape. Heidi was a fantastic host – super helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with. We’d absolutely come back again!

Absolutely beautiful place and so well equipped. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and it’s not an exaggeration to say this is the best equipped one I’ve ever been to. Anything and everything you could think of. It’s also a great space, such incredible views and we loved the hot tub and the kayaks. Christina was an excellent host, brilliant communication and also some lovely welcome treats for our four year old, very cute. We loved our stay. The only thing I would say is if you travel as a party of four adults or older children, beware the light in the summer. The awesome floor to ceiling glass in much of the living room means it was very light very ealry when we visited in June. It didn’t matter as we bought our little one in with us, but something to bear in mind if you aren’t a party who can do that.

Julie and Derek were amazing hosts, always quick to get back to you with any questions we had. the cottage was very nice and clean and perfect for our trip.

What a glorious setting! Peaceful location with nature all around. We didn’t see or hear any neighbours - utter tranquility compared to our usual hectic schedule/ semi-urban surroundings. The house was easy to find with clear instructions; there were thoughtful additions such as a full log basket, plenty of loo roll, laundry detergent, basic cooking supplies like oil/ seasonings and extra towels were available if required. Clearly a lot of thought had gone into making it homely. Host was responsive and helpful with recommendations and instructions - even maps of the best canoeing spots! We had a very peaceful stay and teenage kids loved it - even though it was autumn, we still enjoyed the lake, swam, hiked, went canoeing, and toasted marshmallows in the fire pit. If you’re looking for a city rush with lots of buzz, look elsewhere; for peace, beauty and the outdoors immediately available, this is a great spot!

This was our second time staying at John and Crystal’s cottage - we came back after 3 years because we had such a great experience the first time, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! John and Crystal were incredibly accommodating and always responded to our questions promptly. Their communication was clear, friendly, and made our stay smooth and stress-free. The cottage is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, and there’s so many activities to do. We truly appreciate their hospitality and would definitely love to return again next year. ❤️ Highly recommend! Had a great time at cottage. Great Location on a nice calm Lake. Very easy check-in. Staff very friendly. Very Clean and nice kitchen and BBQ. Would definitely recommend staying here. The Dome and other huts on property would be fun to stay at as well. Have already recommended this property and will probably be back.

Absolutely loved our stay at Beaver Point Cottages! The place is cute, quiet, and in a perfect location right on the water. The hosts were incredibly helpful—we ran out of propane for the BBQ and had a new tank delivered within minutes. Couldn’t ask for better service. 10/10 recommend and would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!
