Holiday houses in Niterói

We had a great experience in this house! The space is large and airy and very comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy, and the place is super pleasant, ideal for resting. The hosts were super flexible with check-in and checkout, which made us very comfortable during the stay. The only suggestion of improvement would be in relation to the cleaning of the pool, which could be a little better taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend!

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

The house is wonderful, everything very well organized and clean, we are very accommodated. Márcio is an amazing host, always very friendly and I request. Our trip was because of a championship we came to participate in, I hope to return to another opportunity and take advantage of the tips he gave us.

We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Patrícia is an excellent host. He presented the whole house at check in and gave the instructions for the pool and garage. During the stay, I easily answered and kitchen items I needed, she lent me very quickly. I will definitely rent again. The location is great, easy access, close to the beach and lagoon.
