Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Niterói

Villa I was with my family on Easter at Marcus's house. We felt at home. The house is large and spacious. The very quiet condominium and the house has a beautiful view. The house holds well 9 people, and the 2 bedrooms upstairs only recommend it to young people, as the access is by a snail staircase. The gourmet area and all integration of the kitchen and living room provided wonderful gastronomic moments. Itaipuacu is a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants and a breathtaking gorgeous beach. I recommend it.

I spent New Year's with my family at Casazen and it was amazing. We didn't leave the house to enjoy ourselves at any time, we did everything inside it haha. The pool was amazing. The air-conditioning was all working really well. Warm showers. Juliana was wonderful from the first contact until after check-out. We stayed a few days but we certainly intend to come back again and again.

A house with soul. 🤎 Ângela is the one who manages the space and has been in contact with me since the act of booking. It was a trip to reunite the family at Christmas and she appointed me amazing suppliers! from Vanessa (who took care of the cleaning and the delicious food of the day to day), passing by the extraordinary chef Roseni (who signed the best Christmas dinner I've ever offered), to the variety store for me to arrange a few Santa treats! Rs. You feel the details of love in every corner. Kitchen with what you need, running electronics and great beds. The TV Room is a private cinema and the rooms, without defect. House well divided, spacious and with privacy. Each one goes to their corner, with their bathroom, and then finds themselves in the common areas. Perfect for group travel. These were memorable days that pleased the older children! 5 stars is little for what Dani's house offers. If you're a good guest and you value a good house for good people: you've arrived in the right place!

Accommodation very good same as the listing! Clean and tasty space! The great spacious jacuzzi running smoothly! It has air-conditioning in the double room! Churrasqueira boas and has a great place to buy meat near the site. The house is very nice and you can enjoy a lot. The city beach is very beautiful but with the very brave sea you can not enter but it has other beaches in the area suitable for bathing. It has several trails to make close to the region very well organized by the municipality

Mr. Aroldo and his wife are extremely nice, Mr. Aroldo responded to us promptly, making us comfortable in the house, flexible Check-in and Check-out, house with great location, all details as described in the listing. Family loved it and we'll be back

Eduardo welcomed us very well and gave us all the instructions we needed, Tamara was wonderful, leaving everything prepared for us. The place is cozy, with a very nice kitchen area as well. Quiet area and it fit my whole family. I really recommend it. I hope to return on another occasion!

We were well received at the new year I my family with 27 people ,we liked the space we enjoyed ,swimming pool, barbecue, all pleasant a lady who was attending us at the super friendly place we helped in everything we needed .

Where do I start! 10/10, probably the best Airbnb Home and Host I have had. Host: Bruno was very communicative throughout the stay, from when we landed at the airport to when we were leaving. He met us at the house and gave us a tour and answered any questions. We were a large group of girls, so he bought two full length mirrors for us to use! He was always available by phone and easy to reach. He even let us do a late check out so we could shower before going to the airport. Home: The home was beautiful. Easily fit my group of 12 people, with space for more. Aesthetically pleasing, so many places to take great photos. Gated area, so felt very safe. The house came with several outlet converters, which came in handy. Walking distance from so many great restaurants, bars, the beach, and tons of shopping. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Rio, I recommend you do the same!

The place is amazing, exceeded expectations, cozy, everything was perfect from booking to check out. The super proactive host and I was having some doubts but before check-in I received tips and instructions that resolved all questions, all organized, clean, smells, me and my sisters love it! We will return whenever possible, thank you once again for the cordiality and our stay was impeccable!

I was very surprised by Junior's accommodation. It was impeccable and smelling, the decoration is of extreme good taste, and quite welcoming. We felt at home! Júnior and Madi answered quickly and answered all the questions we had extremely cordially. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The air conditioner works well, the shower is excellent and the towels and bedding were clean and smelling. We will be back soon, for sure. We recommend everyone! 💚
