Holiday houses in Niterói

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Our stay was great! We had an unforeseen traffic to check in at the right time, delayed and Victor was there waiting patiently and kindly for us to receive very well. Ronaldo tbm was super solicito in msg exchanges. Apt far beyond the photos, big and very cozy and beautiful decoration!!! Full kitchen, bedding ... We'll definitely be back!

Patrícia is an excellent host. He presented the whole house at check in and gave the instructions for the pool and garage. During the stay, I easily answered and kitchen items I needed, she lent me very quickly. I will definitely rent again. The location is great, easy access, close to the beach and lagoon. My stay and that of my family was excellent, Rachel is super attentive,polite,request and flexible at check-in, an excellent host. The house is very spacious, give a lot to enjoy, it has plenty of rooms all in good and clean states, the swimming pool always clean, the open space is excellent to be able to enjoy. The neighborhood's surroundings are super quiet, have a nearby market and beaches as well, the place is very airy and very windy, it is great, there are some stairs but nothing that hinders the stay and the good use of the place.
