Holiday rentals with beach access in Niterói

I rented with a friend to spend the Easter weekend and it was amazing! The apt is exactly like the photos, good location, easy access to other Uber beaches, have plenty of nearby buses as well. Market, bars and restaurants nearby; The neighborhood is also very quiet! I'm already looking forward to coming back.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

I loved the place!in front of Icaraí beach, close to many shops, bakery, restaurants. The cozy apartment, all clean and functional. Fernanda responded to the messages quickly, very polite and helpful. When I return to Niterói, I intend to host again in the same location.

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

Our stay was excellent! Denis's apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, with a beautiful view and equipped with all the necessary utensils — highlighting the great refrigerator and stove. The place is very cozy and comfortable. We had a small issue with the bedroom lock and also with the shower, but Denis was super agile and helpful in the resolution. Another positive point was the condominium restaurant, which has live music. Denis always informed us carefully about the sights and menus of the day. I recommend the apartment and we will definitely return!
