Beachfront holiday rental in Niterói

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

I rented with a friend to spend the Easter weekend and it was amazing! The apt is exactly like the photos, good location, easy access to other Uber beaches, have plenty of nearby buses as well. Market, bars and restaurants nearby; The neighborhood is also very quiet! I'm already looking forward to coming back.

The rooms are cozy, and each one has air conditioning, which was a big plus. The only thing to note is that there’s no laundry on-site and no starter toiletries provided, so if you’re coming from abroad, make sure to bring your own essentials. The hostess was very responsive and welcoming, and the gatekeepers were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot—whether you’re here for vacation or business!

It was simply magical! This house has the most beautiful view we've ever seen in life — to fill your eyes and your heart. Each sunrise, every moment there seemed like a gift from nature. The beach in front is a paradise, calm, beautiful and perfect for relaxing. And the nearby trails are amazing — we walk to the Costão and also to the Andorinha, moments that we will keep forever. But what made everything even more special was the host: a wonderful, generous, caring and light-filled person. We have felt a real affection from the first instant. We have a heart full of gratitude and the certainty that we want to come back many and many times. Thank you very, very much for everything!
