The room is 1LDK, and we recommend it for up to 2 people, but if you don't mind being a little cramped, you can have 2 beds and 1 futon in the living room, and accommodate up to 3 people. Up to 1 pet allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee includes an accommodation tax of 200 yen per person per night

The room itself is compact but functional It is considered to be compact and reasonable price is also attractive. I think it's perfect for long term stays. Please use it as a base for skiing and snowboarding. In the summer season, you can also enjoy a barbecue. When using the barbecue corner, there is a separate fee of 2000 yen, with a stove, chairs, tables, dishes, and cooking utensils.Please contact us at the time of booking. This is the old house in the villa area. You can enjoy bonfires and BBQ in the backyard (during snow-free season). In calm morning, woodpeckers may wake you up after you oversleep. Recommended for travelers who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy Niseko's nature and activities. The nearest ski resort (Annupuri International Ski resort), popular backcountry areas, and hot springs are a 10-minute drive away. There is no public transportation, so please bring a car.
