The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK, and we recommend it for up to 2 people, but if you don't mind being a little cramped, you can have 2 beds and 1 futon in the living room, and accommodate up to 3 people. Up to 1 pet allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet villa area on the edge of the town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. The house is located in a quiet villa area, a few minutes drive from Mizu-no-Eki, on the north side of Lake Toya. You can see the lake view from the second floor of the house, and you can see the fireworks in the onsen town every day in the summer. The best part is the large, completely private garden. There are various types of flowers, trees, and fruits, so you can enjoy the scenery in all seasons, and there are also tables, chairs, and umbrellas, so you can relax in the garden. There is a municipal hot spring, Ikoi-no-Ie, located nearby (1 minute by car). You can enjoy the scenery of Lake Toyako and the hot spring baths fed by the source spring for 450 yen. You can stay with your★ pet (dogs only). The garden is a lawn, so please use it as a dog run that you have to yourself. It is about a 7-minute walk to the lake, so it is also in a good location for a relaxing stroll.

In summer activities such as fishing, rafting, golf, hiking are just a short drive away. This area has many nearby onsen to experience as well. To enjoy this area, YOU MUST HAVE A CAR! Don't forget to bring your International Driving Permit and hire a car. No buses running to Yunosato and hiring a cab can be hard.
