A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.
