Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nikiti

Great value! The accommodation has everything you need and a really great view of the village of Nikiti. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation! However, the roads to the accommodation are sometimes very steep, a good car is really helpful here;)

Great location! Perfect host!

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

We had a great stay at Angelos and Ioanna's! We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival – with homemade muffins, fresh olives and a delicious olive oil from our own production. This loving gesture made us feel welcome right away. The accommodation was absolutely clean, cozy and the beds incredibly comfortable – we slept wonderfully. Another plus: there is parking directly in front of the door, which made the stay particularly relaxing. The view was simply fantastic - a place to feel good and relax. We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Thanks also to Mama Elena for the delicious cake. Everything you need is available in the apartment. But the hit is the view from the balcony/terrace. We never used the TV because the view fascinated us so much. The location of the apartment is also great, you can reach the bakery, the village square and the local supermarkets within a short time. There was an advertising slogan that said, "In the middle of it instead of just being there." That's pretty good. By car you can also get to Nikiti quickly, the location of the village of Agios Nikolaos is convenient as a starting point for excursions to the east and west sides of Sithonia, Kassandra, Athos and of course to the hinterland of Halkidikki. There was good parking near the apartment. It was a great relaxing holiday all around. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The apartment was just like the description!!!It had everything inside and because we had a 14-month-old baby they had provided for a high chair and playpen!It was quiet, by the sea and in the center ofNikiti.The view from the balcony is unique!!! Mrs. Mary is willing to help us with anything we asked for and very friendly!They recommended us beaches for the baby and were all super friendly!I highly recommend it and we will definitely choose it in the next visit to the place!

Although the house was a little small for a family of three, the hosts were very friendly. They were very friendly and hospitable to us. Mark provided very nice local recommendations. The beach right in front of the house was very clean and calm. I would say it is an ideal home for those who want to have a quiet vacation.

We had a calm and pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean. The location was perfect - on a quiet street and a 5 min walk to the center.

Good value for money. Great location in Nea Skioni. Very close to restaurants/shops. Free parking just across the road. Good view from the shared balcony. Can be a bit noisy when sleeping - especially at the weekend. Air conditioning was good.

Eleni's place is great, close to the sea and the best tavern on the island. Everything around is within walking distance - restaurants, shops and attractions. The island has beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear water. The host recommended many places to visit and eat, which impressed us. It is worth visiting the island of Amuliani and staying with Eleni - you will feel at home.

Kyriakos’ place was awesome! It looked even better than the pictures. The host was responsive and helped us with recommendations and everything we needed. The surroundings are peaceful and wonderful. Can’t wait to come again!

Great place to relax and enjoy

Everything was as expected, the Lanlord was nice and sympathic and we could enjoy the morning coffee with a beautiful view on mount Athos.

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

One of the most enjoyable parts of our holiday in Sarti was this wonderful accommodation. The hosts Stratos and Martina welcomed us warmly. Stratos gave very valuable suggestions not only about the house, but also about what can be done in the environment. We got to know the region much better thanks to his/her advice on beaches, restaurants and places to visit. The house was clean, tidy and comfortable. Everything is modern and useful because it was renovated 3 years ago. Ideal size for two people; both practical and aesthetic. The air conditioning was strong, the kitchen was equipped, the bathroom was hygienic. The balcony was very pleasant for coffee or relaxation. Its location is excellent; it is within walking distance to the beach, markets and restaurants. It's on a quiet street and there's no parking problem. We parked our car right in front of the house. We felt like we were at home. This accommodation has become unforgettable with both the quality of the house and the attention of the hosts. We would like to thank Stratos and Martina very much! 💙🇬🇷

We had a wonderful 6-day stay at this seaside house. The location is perfect, just steps from the water, and the view is stunning. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apt. was very clean and we were welcome with lots of cookies, sweets and drinking water was in the fridge. Check in was easy and communication fast. The apt. is very baby-friedly. Additionally its location is very convenient, it is very close to the beach and it is an easy walk to Nikiti center.
