An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious outdoor area and quiet neighborhood! The location is ideal – quiet and secluded, but at the same time not far from the main attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly, and all our questions were answered quickly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

I think this was the best place we ever stayed in Greece. If you have a dog or little child then this is the perfect place for you. We will definitly come back. Perfect place to stay longer and do trips to thessaloniki or halkidiki.

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

We had great experience staying at Kurio’s Thanassis’s place. . He was very kind offering us breakfast from his allotment and meeting Meli ( the dog) The check-in was super easy sending the coordinates; he was very responsive and kind and helpful. We loved how remote the place was very peaceful very clean and very traditional.

The apartment was beautiful clean and tidy. From the first moment, we felt at home. The bed is comfortable, the room is bright and spacious. It is in a very nice, friendly, peaceful and safe place with easy access to the larger super markets Lidl and Skavenitis on foot. There is a 5 minute walk to the sea at the end of the street. In front of the house is the bus stop and easy parking. The photos don't show it, but it has two nice balconies. I'm sorry we didn't spend more days there. Next time we are in Thessaloniki we will definitely choose this place again! Thank you so much for everything! 🙂🥰

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

A perfect location for anyone that searches for a quiet zone, not very agglomerated. Perfect for families with kids, it has easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants etc. The host is very attentive and receptive to the guest's needs and respects theirs intimacy.

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, comfortable and a place near by to Mount Athos/Ouranoupoli (<15min drive) then look no further, this is the place to stay.

Even though the summer/sea season is over this place worth to be there no matter when. Special thanks to the hosts waited till 1 AM for us without getting a clear timeframe to arrive there from us 🙏 Walked on the beach for a while in the morning and felt the peace of beautiful nature

Kosmas and Dora were quick to response and gave clear information, the adrress was easy to find. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped. And the view on the sea was stunning - same as pictures. We felt like at home and recommend for everyone :)

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! They welcomed us very warm-heartedly and were always there to help. I talked to them everyday after swimming in the sea. Thank you Hara and Konstantina! You made our stay very special! The apartment is clean, fully equipped with x2 air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher etc with indoor parking and is in very good location close to the beach/ main walkway of Pefkochori by the seaside with lots of shops, restaurants, bars, funfair games in 5 min walking distance. Crazyland waterpark, Glarokavos and Chrousso beautiful sandy beaches with clear water and not overcrowded are just 5 -7 min by drive. 0lga is a great host, was very helpful, kind and responded immediately to every enquiry. We spent a wonderful vacation in Argiri's accommodation from mid to late September 2024. With late summer weather luck🏖️☀️☀️ The property is located directly on the sea and is connected directly to the beach via a staircase. When the sea is calm, the nearby bays can be explored with the 2-seater kayak😃. It is a central starting point for exploring the Chalkidiki region. Very clean, simply furnished apartments off the beaten track. Approx. 15 min. from Nikiti.

Great host, wonderful location! We didn’t miss anything for a great holiday, even very good weather and water for a daily beach time in April !
