A little about this property... This property is a ground floor studio flat.It's based in the village and is close to the shops, super markets and about 300 meters from the beautiful beach area.It's very quiet and the building is cool.Το σπιτι ειναι μια γκαρσονιερα ημιυπογειο.Ειναι δροσερο και φωτεινο. Δεν εχει μπαλκονι εχει ομως στην πισω αυλη τραπεζακι για τους επισκεπτες. Τα σουπερ μαρκετ ειναι πολυ κοντα περιπου πεντε λεπτα με τα ποδια.Η παραλια ειναι δεκα λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το σπιτι.....

Ένα καινούργιο και ευρύχωρο κατάλυμα με μοναδική θέα στη θάλασσα που αγγίζει τις 180 μοίρες. Φωτεινό, διαμπερές, ήσυχο, με φιλόξενους οικοδεσπότες που θέτουν προτεραιότητα την άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή σας. Βρίσκεται μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία, όπου μπορείτε να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο σας στα γαλαζοπράσινα και πεντακάθαρα νερά. Επίσης, απέχει 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο του Νέου Μαρμαρά, που προσφέρει καλό φαγητό, διασκέδαση και βόλτες δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Στα 100m διατίθεται minimarket.

Old, typical Greek house

The homely, Greek-style apartment, comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a 3-bedded bedroom divided by a curtain from the sitting room where there is a bed settee. There is a woodburner in the sitting room. The shower room/wc is off the kitchen. There is a pretty garden, for sole use of guests, where it is nice to eat andenjoy breakfast in your own small olive grove! I have a courtyard at the side of the house where I keep three friendly dogs. There are cats around.
