Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). Also close to the central highway (A12).

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The central location also makes it a perfect base for, for example, visiting the Hanseatic city of Harderwijk or Elburg, sauna & wellness resort de Zwaluwhoeve, and Walibi Holland. I like to share this Scandinavian cottage with others to enjoy this unique place. It is a small park (14 cottages) where peace and nature prevail. The park is secured with an automatic gate. You walk down the street into the woods. If you have a dog, you can walk from the park. The chalet has all the comforts, including shutters, private parking, pellet stove, dishwasher, walk-in shower, curtain in bedroom, bath on legs, air cooler.
