Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Situated on crystal clear water, you will find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. Explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

In the picturesque Nigtevecht, yet close to Amsterdam, is the uniquely located vacation home on the wide river/lake the Vecht. The chalet is located on a large detached plot, directly on the water with unobstructed views over the countryside. With private parking. A lovely place for the peace seeker. But also the opportunity to seek entertainment in the area. Fishing on the jetty or swimming in the clean water of the Vecht, it's all possible here. A veranda has been built on the chalet.

The old drive-through barn has been converted into an independent residence with its own entrance. The upstairs double room has a very large bath with a view over the river. GeinLust B&B is located in a characteristic residential farmhouse, which is also our home. Under the roof of the barn, where there used to be cows, are three spacious B&B flats. We demolished the farmhouse and built new in the old style. The B&B is located under the smoke of Amsterdam. From the B&B it is about a 10-minute walk to the train station and with 15 minutes you are in Amsterdam.
