Everything was perfect!! The house is very well located, 15 minutes walk from the sea, in a quiet area. Clean house, warm, many board games, outdoor games, darts, going from the toaster to the hair dryer, there really is nothing missing in terms of amenities. Very good bedding too. We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cosy, you can simply light the fireplace. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is 7 minutes' walk away, where there are really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and it is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay in this beautiful house with every comfort, tastefully decorated and extremely clean and pleasant. Perfect for cutting yourself off from everyday life and going green. Very well located in the heart of the village and hiking departures. Absolute happiness thanks to the hot tub, a hot bath to the sound of birds. Olivia is very available and the communication is very pleasant. For us, everything was perfect. Thank you for it.

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

We enjoyed our stay in the Duinhuisje with our family of 8 adults and 2 children for a long weekend! It is a very cozy house, the kitchen is equipped with everything, there is a lovely garden for the children with sandpit and swing but also 3 garden tables, plenty of loungers, … For us, this stay can only be described with superlatives and is highly recommended! Thank you also to Ann for letting us check in earlier and to the friendly neighbor for the welcome and the extensive explanation.

What a top stay! The house is super spacious and neat, with a private bathroom in each bedroom – super convenient. The sauna was wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and cared for. The garden with petanque court and the cute alpacas were really the icing on the cake. Also nice: a charging point for our electric car! Carine responded quickly to all our questions. Bruges and Ghent are easily accessible. We really enjoyed it!

Hilde welcomed us personally in her accommodation, which is a former storefront beautifully transformed into a cozy living quarter. Every room was designed differently, but each had its own charme. Thank you for the enjoyable stay!

A really great apartment and a very friendly and helpful hostess. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we didn't miss anything here. The breathtaking view alone is worth it, but the landlords have managed to make the apartment really cosy with clever decoration - you won't want to leave the accommodation after every excursion! Definitely a clear recommendation!

3rd stay in Mieke's apartment and the spacious apartment has 2 beautiful terraces and a perfect location right by the sea.

Stay for 4 for a long weekend! Very well furnished, modern and very comfortable apartment! The shower and bedding are great! The host is very available ☺️ The location is great, 30 seconds from the beach, a real plus! I recommend it and we will return with pleasure ☺️

Philip’s place was absolutely amazing. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Warm and cosy and walking distance to the town centre. We were personally greeted and shown around and given recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Be mindful that the accommodation is right on a cobblestone street and the cars can be noisy but it’s fine at night time. Will definitely be back. Thank you Philip!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Ypres. The location is so central you may as well have booked the Cloth Hall and the actual property itself is breathtaking. It is also extremely secure and private so we had no worries about the security of our motorcycles. The property was immaculate on arrival with everything clearly explained and demonstrated before we settled in. Finally the hosts, Carmen and Francis were fantastic. Extremely responsive and very very friendly, even helping us with language difficulties when trying to fix one of the parties bikes. All in all, if you’re lucky enough to find this place available then don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed.

Very beautiful and spacious villa, tastefully decorated, spacious rooms, large kitchen with lots of comforts, nice garden, toys for the children, private parking, bicycles can be in the garage, very quiet location and yet within walking distance of the beach and shops, good and fast communication with Marc ... in short definitely recommended!

We had a great stay with our family of 5 in Bart's house. Everything available for a top stay with children. The nice garden and quiet neighborhood were a mega plus. Everything close by. See you next time.

A great place for a family. Close to the town and all amenities. Great playroom for the kids and all the areas were well catered. Lots of stairs though if you are not keen on that. We had a lovely time with 2 families and 5 children under 11.

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house is very nicely decorated, clean and well equipped – you can tell that someone has been thinking here to make the guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The location was also very good and quiet, so you could relax well. I would like to highlight Chantal and Robert, who were extremely friendly, accommodating and easily accessible. A small complaint regarding the hygiene of the bedding was taken very seriously by Chantal and Robert and fixed quickly and easily on the same day – this shows how much value is placed on guest satisfaction here. All the interaction was very professional and warm. We can therefore fully recommend the place and would come back any time!

What a nice and beautiful stay with Joeri. We did our best to find something that was not present in the home but that failed hopelessly. A weekend is actually too short to be there. Joeri is nice to communicate with and super attentive. Top was the flexibility in arrival and departure. Of course, this is not always possible. The six of you really don't get in each other's way, enough privacy. Beautiful large garden. This home is absolutely recommended!
