Holiday rentals with beach access in Nieuwpoort

This place is amazing. The view is incredible. You can't stop staring at the wonderful colours of the sea. This place is the perfect hide away. I highly recommend it and will definitely book it again.

Communication with Sandra went very well. Sandra responds immediately and is ready to solve problems. The apartment was very clean. The quality of the seats and the mattress are very good. Good sun protection is provided. The multiple seats provide many opportunities to enjoy the view. The swimming pool is really an extra.

We were very lucky to be able to spend some wonderful days in the apartment Vista del mar Sixties – and what can we say: it was fantastic all around! The apartment offers an extraordinary, almost magical view of the sea, the beach and the impressive dune – a real highlight at any time of day. The apartment's furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Everything is designed with great attention to detail, well thought out and furnished to a high standard. You can immediately feel that someone has furnished this place with heart and mind. We would like to give a very special praise to the host Philippe. He took a lot of time on our arrival, explained all the details of the apartment and welcomed us warmly. He also provided us with valuable tips on restaurants, excursion destinations and shopping in the area – this made our stay even more pleasant. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and will be happy to come back.

very good, the sea is two steps from the apartment, there is a bakery not far away for breakfast in the morning, a supermarket in the corner of the street, the big plus is the lift, which is very useful when you have a stroller. the apartment is clean well equipped sheets and towels are provided. in short, it was very good. nothing to say

Incredible views from the apartment, the place is very well located, clean, stylish and has everything needed. We only found it a little challenging with the baby pushchair due to a tiny elevator and narrow staircase. Otherwise It exceeds expectations and is just great. We would love to come back one day.

Claude's place was ideal for our short family stay: spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, in a good location (downtown Dunkirk accessible by bus - free!). Only a small difficulty with the heating was quickly taken care of by a very responsive Claude. We hope to be back soon!

With five adults, we had a very nice 4-day family stay. A beautiful holiday home and quietly located. The furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. Should we visit the Belgian coast again, we will contact Jozefien & Alain. Thank you.

The exterior is well arranged. Easy to park. Shops nearby. Excellent value for money, for the capacity to receive and the amenities +++. in addition, the hosts are very responsive when needed. we recommend it!

Beautiful house, incredibly beautifully designed by the architect/owner, both inside and outside and with an eye for detail. Moreover, in the middle of an oasis of greenery and within walking distance of the sea with nice addresses to discover as well. Here we found everything that makes us happy! This gem is now at the top of our 'even-road' list ;-)

Had a wonderful stay, we had asked if we could check in a little earlier and Griet responded quickly and coordinated with their cleaning lady so that it could. I was very happy with it. We enjoyed the garden, patio and BBQ. Super!

Great accommodation, well equipped. Great terrace. Property without defects. The hosts are very attentive (basic kitchen equipment, spices, olive oil, sugar, small welcome gift, etc. Even the knives are sharpened). The big plus is also a bathroom/shower on each night floor.

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks, local tips, extra amenities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great week in Mylène's apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the bedding in the bedroom is very comfortable. The terrace is spacious and the sea view is beautiful. On sunny days, it is a pure pleasure to enjoy this beautiful terrace. For the more grey and windy days, you can continue to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the apartment. If you like to watch the sea "live", this is the perfect place. Mylène's welcome is warm and she ensures that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We'll most certainly be back!

Wonderful apartment with astonishing sea view.

The apartment is super nice. You feel very comfortable right away. The train station is about 5 minutes' walk away, the beach is about 10 minutes away. Located in a quiet area. Shopping facilities such as bakeries, supermarkets, etc. are within walking distance. We would book this accommodation again at any time. :)

I had a weekend in Jocye's studio with my best friend. The contactless check-in was super easy. The messages from Jocye were simple, understandable and very friendly. We received an answer to our questions within a very short time. The studio itself is very sweet. Really well suited for two people. Everything you need is there. You can also sleep very well on the sofa bed. It is very quiet and the view of the sea is absolutely amazing! We rented bicycles on the beach promenade and explored the surroundings. Everything was great. The studio is clean, very nicely and comfortably furnished and the view of the sea is fantastic. The area is also very quiet, right on the beach and you can fall asleep with the sound of the sea... we enjoyed it very much and had a great stay.
