During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. On the outskirts of the city but very quiet in the middle of the meadows, you are most welcome in our AirBNB Aan de Kaai... From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.

Onze ruime studio van circa 43 m² bevindt zich aan de rand van het prachtige stadje Oudewater en midden in het veenweidegebied van het groene hart. De studio is een heerlijke ruimte om een weekend te relaxen en te genieten van de natuur maar ook een fijne plek om langer te verblijven en de omliggende steden te ontdekken. De studio is inclusief 2 fietsen waarmee u in 2 minuten de supermarkt bereikt en in ongeveer 5 minuten in het pittoreske centrum van Oudewater staat met heerlijke restaurants.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.
