Utrecht has hardly any nature, and that makes Buitenplaats Rijnenburg unique: just 15 minutes by car from the historic city center, this former haystack has now been transformed into a cozy and modern accommodation. The haystack is in the grounds of a thatched farm, which is no longer in operation. But do you want a fresh egg for breakfast? There are still chickens that like to lay an egg.

Our house is beautifullly situated right on the Singel, the medieval canal surrounding the old city centre of lovely Utrecht. The studio is located on the second floor with view on the canal. It is equipped with a private bathroom and a private kitchen. The double bed and sofa provide you with the necessary comfort. It's very centrally located; just a 5 minutes walk to the city centre and public transport; only 5 minutes by bus to Utrecht Central Station.

My apartment is a lovely corner apartment with lots of light on the 3rd floor (accessible by stairs). Lombok is a bustling neighborhood, with the water "de Munt" 200m away, where you can enjoy swimming in the summer! In addition, there are several trendy bars and restaurants nearby. City center and Utrecht station are a 20-minute walk :) There is also a very friendly cat present... asks for nothing, only food twice a day and loves a hug :)

We love to welcome you in our cozy detached studio in the east of Utrecht. The quiet neighborhood is just 12 min by bike to the historical citycentre (free bikes available). Your private "front house" has its own entrance and all conveniences. So you will have all privacy but if you need any help, we would love to help you out (we live nextdoor). Ps the new super (pricewinning Bruno bed) sofa bed has arrived and is installed!

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

The studio is located on the top floor of a modern family home (shared entrance) in the Dichterswijk Utrecht. It's a beautiful, pretty quiet neighborhood close to the Central Station, downtown and the Jaarbeurs. The space contains a private bathroom/kitchen unit with lots of sunlight and access to the roof terrace. Furthermore, a large room of approximately 20 m2 with a double bed, wardrobe, table and lazy chair.
