All facilities are located on the ground floor. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Hello, we are Sylvia and Marc. Our attractively furnished apartment is located on the water in the picturesque village of Kolhorn. From the terrace you can fully enjoy the sun and look out over the water and the old region. From Kolhorn you can reach the sea and the beach in 15 minutes. The town of Schagen is nearby, where you can visit the West Frisian market every Thursday. Various walking and cycling tours also start from Kolhorn. You can store your bicycles safely and dry in our shed.

Hello, we are Bart and Marieke and rent out a unique residence located on the waterfront in the center of Kolhorn. You can unwind under the veranda and have canoes at your disposal with which you can explore the beautiful surroundings and the picturesque village of Kolhorn. It is located on the Westfriese Omringdijk, where you can take beautiful cycling or walking tours in the area. You can enjoy the beach and the cozy city of Schagen with the West Frisian Market every week.

Cat & Breakfast, the B&B for cat lovers!

The Cat & Breakfast is the place for people who want to get away and love cats. Our cats Dix, Ted and Moby can visit you through a (lockable) hatch. In addition, you can get cat-friendly inspiration. The sustainable breakfast consists of homemade vegan waffles, an organic egg, organic cheese, fruit, jam and sandwiches. From the C&B, you can reach the IJsselmeer in 15 minutes and the North Sea in half an hour. Nice towns nearby are Medemblik, Enkhuizen and Hoorn.
