Unique modern studio in our houseboat located in the countryside. A hidden and cherished place of Amsterdam residents. The studio was designed and built by the owners themselves in collaboration with interior architect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters). Everything is within reach. Walk, bike or take public transportation in or out of the city. We like to welcome guests who want to discover the best of Amsterdam, such as museums, restaurants, architecture, parks, terraces, etc.

The area offers ample opportunities for extensive cycling routes. In addition, within walking distance (800m) is a brasserie where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. We also offer the opportunity to explore both the Vliet and surrounding lakes and the center of Leiden on a luxury sloop, in consultation a lot is possible.

The Tiny ''Ibis'' house is designed by an architect, and is situated in Badhoevedorp, 35 minutes to Amsterdam, 25 minutes to another historical town Haarlem and 40 minutes to Zandvoort "Amsterdam beach" (by public transport) The Tiny house is 20 m2, with a splitlevel for the bedroom. You will have a private bathroom and your own kitchen. In front of the tiny house is a little patio.
