In our renovated garage, you will feel like you are in a tiny house with every comfort. The spacious kitchen has various appliances. On the ground floor, there is a lovely sofa bed. Read the description carefully: On the loft, there is a double bed (140×200). Please note! The loft is very low and not suitable for less mobile people! For 1 to 3/4 people (2 adults, 2 children), 4 adults it is too small for, but is possible if you know each other well. Downstairs 17 m2, loft 9 m2. Small but nice 💐

Also for horse lovers who want to make a wonderful outdoor ride on a real Icelander demand for the possibilities. Amsterdam can be reached by car in 35 minutes and public transport in 60 minutes.

Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The barn

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

In the meadow

This small cottage is for people who love nature and the countryside. Nice for couples and for families with children 6-12 years old. Ideal starting point for swimming, hiking, biking and a wonderful place to relax with a book, at Thermen Maarssen or to enjoy beautiful skies. Visit a museum, go out for dinner or cook yourself.
