Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Located in Gelting, the studio apartment Lüttdeel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 26 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a fully-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Our apartment (kitchen and bathroom were renovated in March 2019) (approx. 40 m²) with private terrace is located in a detached stately villa in Sönderhav/Denmark. From the terrace you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view of the Flensburg Fjord. The apartment is located on the lower floor of our house in a garden with fruit trees. The historic Gendarme Trail, a hiking trail from Padborg to Høruphav, runs about 60 meters along the house by the water

Erlebt die Schönheit der Ländlichkeit Norddeutschlands. Natur - Himmel - Wind - und die Ostsee ist nicht weit. Individuelle Ferienwohnung auf Resthof mit Ponys, 2 Ouessant-Schafen, Hund und glücklichen Hühnern. Unser Hof liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Leider schließt Ende 2025 die Bäckerei, die man von uns aus zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Im 3 km entfernten Ort Sterup wird es ab Anfang 2026 die Filiale einer Bio-Bäckerei geben! Ein kleiner Trost...

Our cozy apartment is on the ground floor of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential estate. The terrace belonging to the apartment overlooking the countryside is used for relaxation. Located on the "great width" of the Schlei, the surroundings invite you to explore. It takes less than 15 minutes to get there on foot. Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.

Even the avenue that leads you to the courtyard with a charming main house and historic barn envelops you in the tranquility of nature. The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. Das Gebäude - ein Teil eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes - wurde 1914 errichtet und führte bereits seit 1940 Gästezimmer. Im Jahr 2024/2025 wurde das Gebäude in der 4. Generation aufwendig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail nach neustem Standard kernsaniert. Genießen Sie die ruhige Lage mit privatem Zugang (200 Meter) zum Naturstrand "Norgaardholz" direkt an der Ostseeküste in Angeln / Schleswig-Holstein.
