Vacation home at Semberg

The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Vacation home Am Holsterberg

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the climatic health resort of Nieheim. In a quiet side street and yet central to shopping, the all-weather pool and the total of 130 km of hiking trails through the unique landscape, we invite you to linger. In the apartment, which is ideally suited for families, with a size of 75 square meters, a maximum of five people can stay at the same time. Non-commercial travelers over 14 years of age must pay a tourist tax of €1 per day.

The property is located in Billerbeck / Horn-Bad Meinberg in the district of Lippe. Walking and hiking opportunities can be found in our beautiful village on the Norderteich, as well as the nice restaurant "Zur Post". There are plenty of shopping opportunities for the daily needs (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, etc.)restaurants (including McDonalds) and leisure activities. We recommend a visit to the Externsteine (7 km), the Herrmanns Monument (15 km) or the Schieder Reservoir (12 km).

Dear guests, here is some information: Bright attic studio between Egge Mountains and Weser Uplands with nice views. It consists of a living-kitchen-sleeping area and separate bathroom. You have your own staircase. The entrance is shared with us. Note the 30-degree roof slope. The bed with new mattress is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Cotton bedding. You can make beautiful excursions in the area. The apartment in the former cowshed consists of a 40 sqm room including a mini kitchen and a separate shower toilet. It is pleasantly bright due to the 3 floor-to-ceiling, south-facing windows and wonderfully warm due to the underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a towel dryer, a large sink and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, sink and refrigerator. Dishes, cutlery and pots are available for 2 people.

Apartment in the heart of Steinheim with parking spaces for bicycles. The place is centrally located in the Weser Uplands and Teutoburg Forest. In my lovingly furnished apartments you will find the ideal starting point for tours around the Externsteine, the Hermann Monument and all other worthwhile excursion destinations in Lipperland. The apartments are centrally located yet in the countryside. There are shops, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance, and the Externsteine are 'around the corner.' The apartments are non-smoking apartments, no pets allowed.
