Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

10 minutes by car in the center. Nevertheless, peace & nature. The apartment in the converted basement of the single-family house is about 20 m ² and has: - Separate entrance entrance with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed - Small bathroom with shower, WC, sink. The nearby Nordstrand, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboard, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

In Sohnstedt directly there is a very nice sauna area (Pelto-Bad), which invites you to relax. A very nice and well-kept house with great amenities. The garden is great and on the partially glazed terrace you can sit protected from wind and rain. The location is also fantastic. Weimar and Erfurt are easily accessible in a few minutes by car. We felt super comfortable and would be happy to come back. Many thanks for the friendly hosts!

A super nice apartment in the middle of Weimar. It is super equipped and everything you need is there. The old town flair can be felt here. The roof terrace is also a highlight and clearly sets the apartment apart from others. Communication with Michael was very friendly and helpful and check-in also went smoothly - I'd love to come back.😊

We immediately felt at home in this apartment. Lisa and Franz obviously thought of everything, so we could concentrate exclusively on enjoying Weimar. Communication with Lisa and Franz was always easy and straightforward. All about nice hosts! The apartment is very stylishly designed, especially the bathroom and bath additives provided were a blessing after a lot of walking around Weimar. We cooked very little, if at all, then breakfast. All appliances are as good as new, as are the pans and dishes. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. The apartment is located in a beautiful environment right next to the Ilm Park and only 10 minutes' walk to the Weimar market square. Our children 11 and 14 also liked the apartment very much. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Weimar.
