Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

In summer, the mountains from hiking, climbing, swimming to the mountain bike offer you everything your heart desires. We also have some to offer in winter. A cross-country ski trail at the swimming lake and all known ski resorts can be reached within 30 minutes. We look forward to your visit!

This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. In winter, skiing or cross-country skiing are the order of the day in the Kitzbühel Alps, on the snow sure Kitzsteinhorn glacier or in the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See. All destinations are only 10-15 minutes away by car.
