Als eine Alternative zum Hotel bieten wir exklusive Appartements in modernem Wohnambiente für Kurz- und Langzeitgäste an. Sulzbach am Main ist ein Markt im unterfränkischen Landkreis Miltenberg, liegt rund 7 km südlich von Aschaffenburg am Westrand des Spessarts und direkt am Main. ANKOMMEN & WOHLFÜHLEN! In unserem ca. 30 qm großen „Studio“ bleiben keine Wünsche unerfüllt! Das helle und freundliche Studio ist modern und attraktiv eingerichtet. Ein erholsamer Schlaf ist durch das gemütliche 5* Boxspringbett und das hochwertige Schlafsofa sicher! Außerdem befindet sich eine sehr hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche in dem „Studio“ sowie ein Essbereich. Unseren Gästen steht ein Satelliten-TV 40“- LED und kostenfreies WLAN zu Verfügung. Im eigenen Badezimmer finden unsere Gäste ein WC, Waschbecken, Föhn und eine Dusche. Hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls enthalten. Only 900 m from Aschaffenburg train station, 500 m to the city center and 250 m from the Main. The apartment has a bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high speed Wi-Fi TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows can be darkened.

A cozy 21 m² apartment — smart, organized and ideal for work or short stays. The 140x200 cm bed has a brand-new mattress. Great workspace with desk, TV - fast and stabile Wi-Fi. Shower and toilet are separated, which saves time in the mornings. The kitchen is small but clever, with a door to keep sleep and cooking apart. Underfloor heating, blinds, lots of light. Direct access to B469: Frankfurt Airport ~30 min, Aschaffenburg 12 km. A calm place to recharge and feel at home during your projects.

Living in a farmhouse

Sie wohnen im Erdgeschoss des umgebauten Seitengebäude vom Bauernhof. Grosser Garten mit 2 Ponys an einem kleinen Bach. Wir produzieren Hackschnitzel für die Wärme auf dem Hof hier leben noch 20 Hühner mit täglich frischen Eiern, 4 Ziegen. Unser Hund Jule ist sehr lieb. Eine kleine Sauna und ein Schwimmbecken. Die Terrasse,Sitzecke, Feuerstelle im Garten kostenlos. Kosten für Sauna zusätzlich 15 € pro Saunagang für 2 Personen in Absprache vor Ort, oder zubuchbar ist spazieren mit den Pferden.

Genieße die idyllische Atmosphäre im ruhig und zentral gelegenen Tinyhouse. Stilvoll, dennoch geräumig, umrandet von einer großzügigen Veranda, inmitten eines Wildblumengartens, nur 10 Min. Fußweg von See und Main entfernt. Bioladen so wie die Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt! Markise, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle, Balkontisch, -stühle tragen zur Außenambiente bei. Der Maisonetteteil des Tinyhouses dient als Schlafraum! Schlafcouch befindet sich zusätzlich im Wohnbereich.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The lovingly renovated vacation home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on two floors. Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and smart TV, a bedroom with a large double bed (200 x 200 cm, 25 cm mattress height) and an office with a workstation. In addition to various shopping facilities, Großostheim also offers doctors, pharmacies and some restaurants. Due to the central location of the apartment, everything is easily accessible on foot.

The kitchen offers everything you need, as well as a small coffee and tea bar that makes your day easier. In the bathroom you will find a large shower with rainwater shower and a towel warmer!

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.
