The nice restaurant Auszeit is only 100 m away. There is also another good restaurant in the tennis club in Venekoten, Mevis Breakpoint. Our lovely apartment is located 10 minutes from Roermond city centre and the outlet centre, and is fully equipped with every comfort. It features a spacious bedroom with Norma box spring beds, a luxurious bathroom (including a washing machine), and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. The sofa in the living room can also serve as a sleeping area for 2 additional people. A supermarket, bakery, eateries, pub and marina are all within a 100-metre radius.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.
