Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

It is located in the heart of Rhine Hesse in Nierstein, surrounded by vineyards with wonderful wine hiking trails and the opportunity to taste regional wines directly at the winemaker. The proximity to the Rhine promenade invites you to take long walks by the water. The ferry to Hesse allows excursions across the Rhine. By train you can quickly get to the surrounding cities.

Bright, new 1-room apartment (non-smoking!) welcomes its guests with a lot of comfort. The main room has a sitting area, dining area, work area and a 140 cm wide bed. A small, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher invites you to cook. The bathroom, like the whole apartment, is completely new and modern. Parking (with 22 kW wallbox) in front of the house is easy and thanks to the ground-level access, the entire apartment is barrier-free.

The apartment in the heart of Zornheim is 55 square meters and suitable for max. four people. It is located on the first floor of a two-family house and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a hallway with a wardrobe and infrared/heat cabin. The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2018. The landlords live upstairs. Note: Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Our bright, friendly apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in about 50 m². The apartment is located on the basement floor of a detached house with its own entrance and space for 2-4 people. It has a cozy living/dining room (with sofa bed), a bedroom with double bed, a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a modern bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, a parking space at the house and bed linen/towels are included in the price.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our lovingly furnished quiet 2-room apartment is 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

I warmly welcome you to Nieder-Olm. Nieder-Olm is located directly south of Mainz in the imposing wine-growing region of Rheinhessen and thus very well located in the Rhine-Main region. It is about 15 minutes by car or approx. 25 minutes by bus or train. The nearest bus stop (Nieder-Olm Selztalcenter) is minutes from your apartment. Frankfurt Airport is about 35 minutes by car, and ZDF is just under 10 km away.

Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. The second room is a westernstyle saloon incl. kitchen/bar, fireplace and a sofabed. Private bathroom incl. shower is also part of the apartment. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
