We love the place and the house, clean and bright. And Melina is a fantastic owner. We would like to give a great mark for our stay!

Απο πλευράς ιδιοκτήτη φιλικοτατος, ευγενεστατος, εξυπηρετικοτατος. Ενα υπέροχο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Κλιματιστικα σε όλα τα δωμάτια. Ήσυχη γειτονιά, με πάρκινγκ. Είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη και προϊόντα στην κουζίνα. Είχε γεμάτο το ψυγείο με νερά και αρκετά σνακ. Για το μπάνιο, γεμάτο με όλα τα αφρόλουτρα, σαμπουάν κλπ. Μπορώ να πω καλύτερο απο οτι δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες. Ενα σπιτι με πολύ θετική ενέργεια. Σίγουρα βρηκα το σπίτι για να ξαναμεινω, οταν επιστρέψω στην Κύπρο. Συγχαρητήρια!!!

I highly recommend it. Very helpful, constantly communicating host. The house is exactly the same as the photos, the descriptions are completely correct. The owner is doing everything to help. The apartment is in a quiet location, in a quiet apartment building. I stayed for a short time for one person, but the house is quite enough for 2 couples. The tools in the kitchen are quite enough. I would like to thank the hosts again very much. It was a very satisfied trip. I would be happy to be a guest again in the future. And it will definitely be one of my choices for my future travels.

Lovely place to stay, all the areas were clean and exactly as described. The apartment felt modern with good dimensions. The area is quiet and, with the taxi, only 5 minutes to Kermia crossing or 10 to Ledra street checkpoint. Sibars wife checked us in and was very helpful recommending local restaurants and an excellent taxi service that was quick with a fair price.

Ev gayet temiz ve işlevseldi. Mobilyalar modern ve iyi durumdaydı. Yatak çarşafları ve havlular temizdi. İlerisi için bir mikrodalga fırın ve bir içme suyu damacanası tedarik edilirse ev çok daha konforlu olacaktır. Genel olarak mutlu ayrıldım, ileride tekrar tutmayı düşünebilirim. Teşekkürler.

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

The house is extremely comfortable and clean, located very close to several villages. It has everything you might need, including drinkable water, board games, hot water with excellent water pressure, and A/C in all areas. The outdoor space is very well-maintained, and they provide firewood for the stove at a small extra charge considering the amount of wood you receive. What truly makes this house unique, though, is the exceptional hostess, Maria. From the very first moment to the last, she is there for you. She is helpful, kind, and although we didn’t know her before, we felt like she was a friend. She has made the house so warm and beautifully decorated that it truly feels like a home away from home! Maria, thank you for everything!

Wonderful little house, with everything you need and very comfortable. I stayed for the weekend and found it close to trails, waterfalls and the Troodos is not far either. Andreas was very helpful and put in a lot of effort.

Fine, just as described!

I have just spent the best part of two weeks using Lenos’ quiet garden as my office. If you want a spacious, meticulously clean place in the heart of the walled city, look no further. Lenos and his girlfriend Lisa are charming and supporting hosts who have become friends. There are two cats living there as well. I am usually not a fan of cats, but the two are well behaved and a delight to have around.

Andria is a super hostess. There are everything a person may need for long or short stay in her apartment, which is equipped with all necessary amenities. The apartment is very artistic and quite spacious.Andria gave me clear instructions and provided help whenever I needed it. She is very helpful and friendly and ready to help her guests. I would definitely come back to her apartment if I visit Nicosia next time and would advise it to my friends. Thank you, Andria!

We had a fantastic stay at Seniha's place! The home was spotless, stylish, and located in a safe neighborhood. Seniha was a great host, always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was seamless, and the amenities were exactly as described. The only small downside was that parking was a bit tricky in the area, but we managed fine. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers!
