Beachfront holiday rental in Nicosia

Hidden gem!! We spent a few days there and experienced some peaceful and relaxing moments away from the city. The place has amazing views and is fully equipped with everything. The hosts are super friendly and very eager to assist in everything we needed. Also as an additional plus, the place is pet friendly and our little baby Yorkie enjoyed some vacations with us :) Once again we thank our hosts for this beautiful experience we had in Polynikis. We would definitely re-visit in the future , see you soon!!

We recently stayed at Polynikis Sea-Cret Holiday Apartments Pachyammos for a bachelor party, and it was amazing! The sea and mountain view was breathtaking. The large charcoal grill provided by the hosts was a hit for our barbecue evenings. The peaceful location and nearby beaches added to the charm. Mr. Xenis and his son Polynikis were incredibly hospitable. Highly recommended for an unforgettable celebration!

The location of the house is perfect for relaxing. There is an unlimited sea view and all the tools you want in the house.

the apartment is clean, spacious and bright, everything you need for your stay is available. very pleased with the presence of household chemicals for the house. There were: Washing powder, dishwasher tablets, shampoos, body gel and soaps. Very important little things. Availability of towels, sets of 3. Very clear instructions for the description of the check in and location. i really liked everything, we will definitely stay again the next time we arrive. Thank you.

If your after a holiday that is not full of tourists this is the place to go, this is why we chose this location, locals are really friendly and hospitable and made some good friends that we are going to stay in touch with and visit again, restaurants, bars and shops are really cheap, we even got invited to one of the local’s family restaurants which was in a nice setting with a lovely atmosphere, I would recommend to get a taxi from the airport though and hire a car from the Turkish region as you have to buy Turkish car insurance at the border, as the office closes at 20:30 and you are not permitted to cross the border in your vehicle without this, other than that it’s a perfect place to stay.

The house and location were wonderful. The sea was very nice. The inside of the house is as seen in the pictures. It is an ideal size for 2 people. Evgeny is very helpful and has been very helpful to us during our entire vacation.

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

The accommodation matches the pictures and description, the pool is also very nice and clean. Communication with Richard was great and fast. The facility is a little hard to find.

Wonderful stay! My stay was truly exceptional. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and had every amenity I needed for a comfortable stay. The heated pool in cold weather was a great addition – it’s heated and was a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I didn’t experience any issues with noise, the surroundings were peaceful, and the excavator nearby was for 40 minutes max and didn’t disturb me at all. The resort itself is well-maintained and offers a serene environment for rest and relaxation. Gulmara was an excellent host – always available to answer my questions and quick to respond to my requests. For those concerned about safety and privacy, I can confirm there are no cameras inside the apartment, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The apartment is in a perfect location, and everything from the roads to the utilities worked flawlessly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing
