Waterfront holiday rentals in Nicosia

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Huge terrace, a lot of kitchen amendments, nice place to stay!

We loved our stay! I’d definitely book this lovely cabin if you’re staying in Cyprus! We were surprised with how many amenities were provided, from card games to appliances, everything was great. You do require a car, and i’d recommend something like a small SUV or bigger. We had a small hatchback, which wasn’t too ideal for the dirt path leading up to the house, but still manageable. Finding the road entrance was quite tricky when we first arrived. The entrance doesn’t show on regular maps, only on a satellite view. There are green signs from there directing you. The cabin is located really nicely between everything, 1h1/2 from Paphos, same for Ayia Napa, and you are right nearby the mountains for some unreal views. The private pool is a great facility, completely private, and a good way to soak in the sun. Despite being hidden away and private, shops, petrol stations etc are just down the road. I recently stayed at Phoebe Place in Kambos with my friends, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The house was incredibly cozy, clean, and warm – the perfect combination for feeling right at home. Phoebe herself was fantastic – super responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very friendly, and the location was ideal. It’s just a short, walkable distance to the beautiful village, which we loved exploring. One of the highlights was the cozy balcony with its stunning views – perfect for enjoying a sunny winter day with a warm drink in hand. It was such a great experience overall, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again soon!

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The place was better than the photos and very easy access to the town of Platres. We also did a few waterfall hikes which were AMAZING! Waking up to the sound of birds and the river flowing below was nothing short of serene and exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We are completely satisfied with our stay at Richard's apartment. We weren't very lucky with the weather this year, but the apartment and the interaction with the host were excellent. Many thanks to Richard for allowing early check-in and late check-out, we are very grateful!

Hidden gem!! We spent a few days there and experienced some peaceful and relaxing moments away from the city. The place has amazing views and is fully equipped with everything. The hosts are super friendly and very eager to assist in everything we needed. Also as an additional plus, the place is pet friendly and our little baby Yorkie enjoyed some vacations with us :) Once again we thank our hosts for this beautiful experience we had in Polynikis. We would definitely re-visit in the future , see you soon!!
