Ben çok beğendim.Ev çok güzel 6 kişi kaldık fakat 5 kişi daha rahat eder.Evin konumu tam istediğim yerdeydi.Tekrar tercih edeceğim.Yeniden görüşmek üzere ☺️

We are completely satisfied with our stay at Richard's apartment. We weren't very lucky with the weather this year, but the apartment and the interaction with the host were excellent. Many thanks to Richard for allowing early check-in and late check-out, we are very grateful!

Un bel appartement au charme un peu rétro et désuet , avec une vue sublime sur la mer ! Cependant, à déconseiller aux personnes avec problème de mobilité puisque il n'est pas précisé qu'il a un escalier très raide pour descendre à la plage. Le couple d'hôtes est adorable et prévenant et nous a réservé un accueil absolument chaleureux. Une sympathie extraordinaire avec les légumes et les fruits du jardin ainsi que de délicieux beignets salés et sucrés. aux petits soins pour nous aider. Le village est tout de même très isolé. Il faut préciser qu'il n'y a aucun commerce, ni café ou restaurant et que nous logeons dans la même maison que le propriétaire, avec terrasse partagée (manque d'intimité). A recommander aux amoureux du calme et de la nature !

Great accommodation for a quiet family vacation. The apartment had everything we need for our stay. The bedroom has a comfortable bed with a good mattress and quality linens, which was very important to us. It's a great place to sleep, it's quiet, and birds sing in the morning. The beach is empty, there are various pools on the territory, which were still cool. But there is also an indoor warm pool, which is very useful in windy weather. Nearby there is a vegetable market with flavorful vegetables and fantastic strawberries that you can't find anywhere else in Europe. All in all, a great value for money. Thanks to the owners for easy communication and good directions.

Hidden gem!! We spent a few days there and experienced some peaceful and relaxing moments away from the city. The place has amazing views and is fully equipped with everything. The hosts are super friendly and very eager to assist in everything we needed. Also as an additional plus, the place is pet friendly and our little baby Yorkie enjoyed some vacations with us :) Once again we thank our hosts for this beautiful experience we had in Polynikis. We would definitely re-visit in the future , see you soon!!

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The place was better than the photos and very easy access to the town of Platres. We also did a few waterfall hikes which were AMAZING! Waking up to the sound of birds and the river flowing below was nothing short of serene and exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Ilkay is a great host and his house exceeded our expectations, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Would definitely highly recommend.

A very nice and well equipped 3-bed house with a pool. Excellent location, quiet and with a nice view! Really enjoyed the outdoor barbecue-bar area. Would definitely recommend and would come back! Responsive host and easy communication eased our stay.

квартира, чистая, просторная и светлая, все необходимое для проживания имеется. очень порадовало наличие бытовой химии для дома. Имелось: Стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоечной машины, шампуни, гель для душа и мыло. Очень важные мелочи. Наличие полотенец, комплекты из 3х шт. Очень чёткие инструкции по описанию заселения и местонахождения. все очень понравилось, в следующий свой приезд обязательно остановимся снова. благодарю.
