Monthly Rentals in Nice

Tom's apartment was very clean and pleasant, it is quite small but still sufficient, there is a cute balcony and it has a top location - with only a 15-minute walk to the beach. There is air conditioning in the living room, in the bedroom a smaller fan that you can put at the foot of the bed at the top of the bed would be perfect as it got quite warm in the morning hours. It was perfect in the living room. We had a very nice stay at Tom's apartment.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, even if very central. Despite the contained square footage, it is livable and functional. Nico gave us great tips on what to visit in Nice. As Italians, we really enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine! Livia

I had a lovely stay in Alice’s apartment while in Nice ☀️ Alice was very helpful and even greeted me when I arrived. The apartment was clean and as described, and I was allowed to check-out a bit later since I had an afternoon train. Would definitely stay again 😊

I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is in a great location in Port Lympia and is an easy walk from a variety of restaurants and bars in this quarter of Nice. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and is quiet at all times of day. Great transport links to the centre of Nice and also to the airport as the tram stops almost outside the front door of the apartment. I can’t really think of any negatives, it is exactly as was described and as shown in the photos, and I was very happy with my stay here. I hope to come back soon!
