We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at Linh’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout the entire trip. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in the new city of Saigon that it has wonderful view to the heart of the city. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment had everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed. It really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a great experience!

They handled the check-in time change at the last minute, and the staff arrived very early!The facilities were also great, and I felt like I was living in a luxury house with a pool and BBQ.It was within walking distance from the inn to the sea and street street, and I was able to enjoy Vung Tau!Check-in was also smooth, and the very kind staff gave us a polite explanation while using Google Translate.They handled us flexibly when we checked out, and we had a relaxing stay until the end.We were quick to respond to messages and had a great stay without any inconvenience!Thank you very much!!

The home is in a very local area where you can feel the life of a local.The host and her sister are very welcoming and beautiful, they also have a lovely dog, thank you to the host for me to eat fruit, and even made delicious chicken rice flour and coffee for me in the morning.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Incredible views from this gorgeous property! Our family loved staying here, kids especially loved the swimming pool and there was even safety swimming vests which was very handy. Location is wonderful and the home is beautiful, excellent value, we’ll definitely be back when we visit Vung Tau again.

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

The quick response was also good... I asked for a quick check-in and plenty of towels, and they responded to all of my requests satisfactorily. ^^ I'm planning to visit again next time, and I'm planning to stay again. ^^

Great location pretty central to all the districts and d1 just across the bridge. Was nice to come back to a quiet area. Host was kind enough to have a storage area for luggages after checking out.

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

Friendly and I like the accommodation

Amazing place and nearby area. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s about an hour from District 1 so that might be a concern if you have limited time to see things, but it’s a superb stay for anything a bit longer since you have almost anything you’d need within a 5-10 minute walk. There’s also a free bus that can take you into the city. David was a flexible and helpful host as well.

This place was in a great location, clean, and private. I felt safe the whole time and it has a great view of the city from the pool. Overall I recommend!
