The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

Overall i had a good stay, a newly built apartment in isolated and newly developed area, therefore don’t expect there will be quite many shops or minimart in surroundings for now. But the best thing here is that Minh is a host with a top-notch hospitality, first, she personally come over to greet me and guide me everything about the house during the check-in, she is easy and very well to communicate with big-hearted and mutual understanding. It’s a blessing to get hosted by her.

Fantastic stay just outside the major city, however still really close you can go sight seeing each day. Would highly recommend to anyone!

A safe, quiet accommodation, and most importantly, the pool was the best ~ ^ ^ If the children are young, they don't have to go out, and everything can be solved here.

Everything felt very clean. Location is great for walking around, especially having multiple convenience stores around and Vincom across the street. Grab was always quick to arrive. It was convenient having a washing machine for our clothing, and we just hung our clothes above the washing machine and it dried very fast with the warm vents. Lots of hangers available to hang your clothes. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Microwave even had a built in oven. Fridge is very spacious and is very cold. Living areas were spacious and clean. Sandals were provided for the condo and lots of shoe storage space. Bathrooms were clean. We liked that the shower was separated from the toilet area, so no wet floors. Bedrooms had comfy beds, although they are a bit harder than what we’re normally used to. Lots of storage space in each bedroom. All AC units were very powerful and cooled down the space quickly. There was one in each bedroom and one in the living area. A great stay!

Thao was probably the friendliest, kindest, and most welcoming host we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. We had a very minor maintenance issue, and she resolved it immediately. On top of that, we were touched to find a thoughtful gift waiting for us afterwards. Thao was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. We only moved out because her place was no longer available — otherwise, we would have happily stayed much longer. The building itself is in a great location: peaceful, walkable, with parks, cafés, and a beautiful calming view. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Highly recommended!

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!

The apartment was super clean and cozy, with everything you could possibly need — even an espresso machine! Sua is honestly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever met. He gave us a tour of the place and shared some awesome food and coffee spots. The building has an amazing pool and gym, and even though it’s in a quiet residential area, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Both Sua and Phuc were super responsive and answered all our questions. Such a gem!

An was an excellent host. Met all our expectations and the apartment had all the facilities and an beautiful view of the city especially during the night. Spotless and clean and I was here with my family. It’s just an awesome place and very well maintained and value for money. Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Had a great week here, so many shops and restaurant close, clean and safe area, definitely recommended! :) Whenever I needed help, I got a reply within minutes. Tip: Ask host for transport!
