The location is very good, but it’s not a luxury apartment building. There’s a picture of a luxury apartment building, but this is the one it’s the one behind it. The toilet smelled a bit like sewage in the apartment sometimes. I like the fact that they were toiletries and slippers. The kitchen was also very well equipped.

Apartment bordered by Muongtan Luxury Hotel. Just across the road right in front of My Khe Beach There are many grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It's not as luxurious as a hotel, but The interior of the building is tidy and the facilities are good for the price. (Excluding the balcony, it is almost exactly as pictured) There is a security guard at the entrance of the building If you don't have a key, don't use the elevator. Because I can't do it, security is good. There is a washing machine in the apartment You can also do laundry (it's nice to be able to wash your bathing suit). Induction stove, microwave, coffee pot, and fridge and There are cooking utensils such as pots, frying pans, and tableware, so you can make and eat. (Since it's a Lunar New Year, restaurants are closing the door, so I made it in advance at Big Sea.) It's a high floor, so it looks good. The best is the host! They're quick to answer questions and help guests I'm trying. (There are a lot of hosts who look at customers, but I was honest because the host was young and didn't feel like a tourist attraction) Because I'm going on a long-term trip for 2-3 weeks in the winter I use a lot of Airbnb.. gia hung is the best host I've ever met! We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

I stayed 3 days with my dog and booked again. There was a washing machine, so it was comfortable, and I stayed without any inconvenience due to the host's prompt response. I was able to deliver it very comfortably, and I was able to buy the bottled water and food I needed at K-Mart. Good house good host ^ ^

I stayed for 5 nights after arriving in Da Nang. There is a little distance from the beach, but it was nice that the nearby restaurants and massage pubs were made.

It was the best accommodation! I think Residence B is the best location even in the Hyatt, but it was on the first floor of Residence B, so it was a great addition! The swimming pool is nearby, and the playground is connected to the yard, so I used it comfortably! The host was really friendly, and he responded quickly, so there was no inconvenience ~ I'm going to book here again next time! ^ ^

The apartment has great location and view. The host was very nice. But the area is very noizy. Some guy is selling banh bao on the street at night and early in the morning. There also was smell in one of the bathrooms so we mostly used another one. Also some ants on the kitchen. These are problems of the building, not the apartment, but I recommend the host to do something about it.

The location is perfect (so convenient and so close to the beach!) The staff were so friendly and we also loved the convenience of the giant water jugs available for purchase. The unit was big and bright. This area is growing quickly (for good reason- it’s awesome) so there is some construction work going on at this time (April 2023) but if you want to stay anywhere in the area, you’ll find the same thing. We recommend this place and we had a great month here!
